Check-in was less than welcoming — do you have a reservation, what's your name, where's your ID, here's your key. Heck, start with ”welcome to the Residence Inn” so I don't feel like I'm inconveniencing you by walking into your lobby. There was no bedding for the pull-out sofa and the kitchen looked fine — at first. I was tying my shoes and looked across the room only to see eggshells under the counter with a thick layer of dirt. Gross. With all the Marriott post-COVID ”we're super-clean” messaging, it's more than a little disconcerting. I'll be traveling to Stockton a lot over the next few years, so I guess I'll find somewhere else to stay despite my BONVOY membership.

We have lived here for 5 years and it is one of the nicest places we have stayed in. Kathy, thank you again for making our stay so wonderful!
