老闆人很好，當時我騎摩託車到的時候已經快十點了，給我從雙人床升級成大床房，一個人住一間大床房，進門一看，房間很大很温馨，瞬間就喜歡上了，床睡着是真舒服，還帶早餐，第一天説給我煮麪條，還給我弄了酥油茶，吃得好飽，兩頓早餐不重樣，非常完美，院子裏的小貓也很可愛，摩旅住酒店很多了，能遇到真真好的這是第二家，非常推薦！ 設施：設施都非常新 衞生：衞生非常乾淨，比想象中的好百倍 環境：環境安逸帶個小院能停車 服務：服務非常好，不管是晚上等我住店的大哥，還是第二天的美女，都非常nice

もし無限の評価ができるなら、迷わずそうするでしょう。美しく、とても清潔な滞在でした。ホテルは比較的新しく、環境は非常に静かで穏やかです。庭園も美しく、手入れが行き届いています。クラシックなデザインは、まるでタイムスリップしたような気分にさせてくれました。 しかし、何よりも印象的だったのは、オーナーとそのご家族です。彼らは信じられないほど親切でフレンドリーで、何でも快く対応してくれました。到着前から成都についてたくさんの質問をしたのですが、彼はマレーシアにいる私に電話をかけて、すべてを丁寧に説明してくれました。また、旅行の際には運転手と、手頃な価格で安全な交通手段の手配もしてくれました。 さらに、南坪鎮の国立公園、ハラールレストラン、モスク、ショッピング街へも、非常にリーズナブルな料金で連れて行ってくれると申し出てくれました。私はアランさんの子供と同じくらいの月齢の赤ちゃんを連れて旅行していたのですが、アランさんのご両親とご家族は私の赤ちゃんをとても優しく扱い、離乳食まで用意してくれました。 私たちはイスラム教徒なので、彼らはハラールフードを用意するために最善を尽くしてくれました。アランさんは本当に親切で、いつも快く手伝ってくれました。ホテルのオーナーには大変感謝しています。

I am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had. Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare. We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit. All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes. During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water. They also provided very good and complete amenities. On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable. They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures. They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time. The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese. They also gave us a late check out at 3pm Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou. The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all. I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

居心地よくて延泊しました！ 新しい宿も　どんどん出来ていて　古めなのかもしれないが、ホテルの方が　モップかけや、隅々まで　掃除をされてました。　備品も使い捨てタオル類、ドライヤー、スリッパ、しっかりあります。　バスできましたが、チャットでメールくれて　迎えにきて待ってくれていました。　中国語が　わからないわたしに　何度も　チャット使って　困った時も　手助けしてくれました。　物静かですが、すごく　優しく親切です。　　7月に訪れましたが、　秋の紅葉の時期に　また　来たいと思う九寨溝でした。　もちろん、そのときは　こちらに宿泊したいと思います！！ 九寨溝入口までも、朝　送ってくれます、静かだし　心から　オススメします！

The front desk lady is friendly and helpful. She always greeted us whenever she saw us. She would give us whatever things we asked for like tissue paper, toilet roll, mineral water and disposable towels. The room is clean but they didn't do room service during our stay for 3 days. It could be due to we didn't return the card key to front desk when we were out, they might not have the key to access to our room. Overall I'm satisfied with it.

Jiuzhaigou is a popular tourist destination, so hotels nearby are understandably expensive—especially during holidays. For that reason, I chose to stay a bit farther away, in a hostel instead of a hotel. This hostel recently reopened in 2025, which was one of the reasons I decided to give it a try. While the amenities are new, I noticed that cleanliness could use some improvement. There was visible dust in several corners and hard-to-reach areas, which gave the place a slightly unkempt feel. The bathroom, although newly fitted, also had minor drainage issues—the shower tended to clog a little, possibly due to accumulated hair. The hostel provides a laundry room, which I initially planned to use, but I didn’t feel entirely comfortable with the environment after entering, so I decided not to. They also offer a simple breakfast for an additional fee (around 15 CNY, if I remember correctly). It’s a nice option for travelers who want to grab a quick bite before heading out for hiking or sightseeing in Jiuzhaigou. I noticed that many reviews mentioned the owner as very welcoming and friendly. However, since I arrived late after visiting the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, I didn’t have much interaction with the owner myself. The next morning, I left early for my next destination in Huanglong, so my stay was quite brief. That said, I didn’t experience any discomfort or issues with the service—overall, everything felt perfectly fine. While I don’t expect hostel standards to match those of a hotel, I do believe that cleanliness is the foundation of a good stay. If this aspect improves, I think this place would definitely be worth booking.

どこから話せばいいのか。このホテルの唯一の素晴らしい点は、ロケーションです。素晴らしいです。景色の美しい観光地の真ん中にあり、九寨国立公園から徒歩 15 分以内です。徒歩 5 分以内に数十軒のお店や飲食店があります。 次は悪い点です。 トイレの近くの木製の床板は、おそらく水にさらされたせいで剥がれ始めていました。トイレ全体のレイアウトも奇妙で窮屈でした。窓は何ヶ月も掃除されていないように見えます。 チェックイン時には部屋とベッドはきれいに見えましたが、ルームサービスのスタッフは 2 泊の滞在中、ベッドと床を掃除しませんでした。まだシミがありました。彼女はアメニティを補充しただけでした。 用意されたタオルは使い捨てタイプで、それでも大人には小さかったです。使い捨てタオルを使う 3 つ星ホテルなんてどこにあるのでしょうか。 ケトルは錆びていて、内側はシミがありました。本当にひどいです。 客室に通じるエレベーター近くの通路は暗かった。照明は全くなかった。階段も同様。廊下のカーペットも汚れていて、何ヶ月も掃除されていないようだった。 このホテルがどうして3つ星ホテルとみなされるのか全く理解できない。不相応だ。絶対にここで部屋を予約しないほうがいい。

バスターミナルから歩いて15分ほど、九寨溝の入り口までは歩いて30分ほどです。少しだけ遠く感じますが、ホテルを出て川沿いに歩いていけば着きます。近くに飲食店や売店などもあるので困ることはありません。フロントでタオルとシャンプーとボディソープ、歯ブラシをくれるので、アメニティもちゃんと充実していました。ホテルのスタッフの方はとても親切でした。壁にレコードや映画のポスターなどが貼ってありお洒落でした。また、可愛い猫ちゃんとワンチャン3匹がいます。

オーナーは素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれ、景勝地での送迎や荷物の運搬なども手伝ってくれました。ホテルは設備が整っていて清潔で、非常にリーズナブルな価格で大変満足できる滞在でした。強くお勧めします。
