ヒューストンの人気2つ星ホテル

空港への無料シャトルバスが、私がここに宿泊した主な理由でした。しかし、ペット同伴可だったため、部屋はひどく臭かったです。この件を当直マネージャーに伝え、メールも送りましたが、1か月以上経った今も返信がありません。

All amenities for business customers are not working due to allowing kids access to business office; no working computers,no faxes,unclean business room,no coping machines working. Indoor swimming pool the heater does not work. Free breakfast is a joke.Its open from 6-9 am but it's not a full breakfast till weekend.By 7 am the oatmeal is gone and they refuse to refill saying their only allowed to put out so many packets(12) for the whole hotels renters etc... It's a real nice hotel(was Fairfield and Sonesta bought them out) nice rooms ,small exercise room but clean so far. It just has alot of problems that need addressing.

Very good location to many places in Houston, and old facility, elevator is gotten back now, good for long term stay. Depends on the locations and demands of the travelers.

I stay here 2-4 times a month when room rates drop.Fresh coffee in morning.No breakfast but alot of fast food places to eat all around here.Huge rooms with all amenitiesSoft bedsRoku TVs with cable..

Room is comfortable front desk and manager are nice. Housekeeping is good in a good location close to where you want to go.

施設は少し古く、みんな毎日やってます！周囲の環境は静かで安全です！フロントで変更が可能、電磁調理器、冷蔵庫、電子レンジはとても使いやすいので、フライパン、炒め物、揚げステーキをたくさん食べて買いました！

部屋はきれいでしたが、漏れがあり、無線LANが rm 109でとても弱かったです。

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had while traveling. Every employee I interacted with went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The location was convenient, making it easy to get to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, this was a first-class experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely be staying here again!

We I got to my room the smell was so strong, the streets were stained. The were roachs not as many as my last visit shower curtain was dirty. But the service clerk was very professional and nice.
