Небольшой ( 19 номеров) достаточно свежий отель в центре с доступом на три ближайших улицы через арки, так как находится в середине квартала. К такси удобнее выходить через арку в доме по Пушкина, 33. Приятный завтрак с 8 до 11. Бронировали на 11 дней трехместный номер во многом из-за полноценных двух кроватей, а не еврораскладушки или раскладного дивана. В номере 13 на третьем этаже пару раз плохо уходила вода в душе, но проблема быстро решалась. Из неудобств: не хватало второй тумбочки или полочки возле кровати, ложки для обуви. В целом отель достойный, рекомендую

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan and honestly had a really smooth experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and super comfortable. Rooms are well-designed, quiet, and perfect both for rest and work. The staff were friendly and helpful every time,fast check-in, no stress, good vibes overall. Breakfast was solid with a nice variety, everything fresh and organized. Location is a big plus: close to the center, easy to move around the city, restaurants and cafés nearby. If you want a reliable, comfortable place in Yerevan without overpaying this one hits.

Nice little hotel, not directly in the center but close and easy access to metro. It's close to a busy street so better prepare earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Room was fine, very clean and tidy bathroom. Wifi was not that great and the TV is very small but at least you can use netflix etc. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - dry bread, very limited, not really any sweet stuff, the hot dishes weren't tasty at all and the coffee machine looked like it's past its days - very bad coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful though.

立地は最高、ファミリールームもまずまず、フロントの対応もほぼ完璧で親切でした。 しかし、大きな欠点もありました。 1. 部屋の音がうるさかった。真夜中に隣室の人が大声で話し始め、咳払いをしてようやく静かにしてもらえました。トイレはまるで共同トイレのようでした。 2. 朝食がひどかった。2回目は頼みませんでした。料理人は素手で果物を切り、生*（5～10cm）の横にトレイに並べていました。食卓を囲むという概念が全く感じられません。汚れた食器はオープンキッチンに集められ、食べ残しはすぐにゴミ箱に捨てられていました。喫煙を嫌う私たちと、近くに子供が2人いるにもかかわらず、2つのバルコニーでは喫煙者が走り回っていました。 ごく平凡なホテルです。おそらく二度と泊まることはないでしょう。

Easy to walk to main attractions - Replibic Square in 5 mins, the local flea market in 3 mins, Carrefour supermarket in 3 mins. That said, surrounding is a bit dark and quiet with a construction site right next to the hotel. Room spacious, one free bottle water upon arrival. The thing that I don't like is the rather warm air conditioning (useless to adjust). I finally had to open the windows but then attracted mosquitoes in. Another thing not that good is thatthe buffet breakfast started rather late, at 8am. Day tours usually start at 9am(and in another location around 10-15 mins ride away). That means I had to rush my breakfast within 15-20 mins.

The studio is very good for couples—comfortable, clean, and well arranged. The amenities are complete and well maintained. We also received welcome food, which was very delicious and a nice touch. Housekeeping cleaned the studio every day whenever we requested it. The staff are kind, helpful, and always polite. As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have a corner or hooks near the main door to hang coats or jackets. Overall, everything was fine and very good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Just checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated. The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need. The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building. This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia. وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي. الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد. الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى. أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

エレバンのアレックスホテルに泊まるのは今回が初めてではありません。全てが完璧でした。部屋は清潔で、リネンやタオルも清潔です。これまで様々な部屋を予約しましたが、アメニティは料金に見合っていました。 本館の客室には、ベッド2台、エアコン、テレビ、冷蔵庫、ケトル、シャワー、ヘアドライヤーなど、客室の説明に記載されている設備がすべて揃っています。 中庭棟（中庭から入口）の客室はシンプルですが、客室の説明通りです。冷蔵庫やテレビはありませんが、ベッド2台、エアコン（全室ではありません）、ケトル、シャワー（ヘアドライヤーはフロントでリクエストできます）はあります。共用冷蔵庫は必要に応じてフロントで借りることができます。客室はシンプルで料金も安いので、予算に合わせて部屋を見つけることができます。 朝食付きまたは朝食なしの客室を予約できます。朝食は館内で購入できます。ビュッフェ式朝食では、様々な料理が楽しめます。 ホテル内のカフェは居心地が良く、豊富なメニューをご用意しており、ランチとディナーにご利用いただけます。MIRカードをご利用いただけます。レセプションのスタッフは温かく笑顔でお客様をお迎えします。ロシア語を話すスタッフが、お客様のご質問にお答えします。また、客室への荷物の運搬もお手伝いいたします。 ズヴァルトノッツ空港まではタクシーで20分です。 ホテルは市内中心部に近く、観光にも便利です。アララト・ブランデー工場もすぐ近くにあります。 このホテルを強くお勧めします！

Budget friendly hotel; Amenities was provided and shared bathroom, which was not a problem; average breakfast. The location is not that convenient and approximately 35 mins walk to the center. However, you can opt to take a taxi (approx 4 mins away). Overall experience is okay and good for the price that we paid. And, the owner is friendly and helpful!
