AAshley MingoThis place is amazing! The internet, location, plus it comes with a buffet breakfast. From our window, we can see the republic square.
The staff are very accommodating plus they can speak english which is good as most of the locals based on my experience doesnt speak much english.
When it comes to the location, its near to republic square, restaurants and souvenir shop.
Def will recommend this and will book again when we visit!

EElizabethI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

ゲゲスト1泊だけの滞在でしたが、次回はもっと長く滞在したいと思います。最上階にベッドルーム、高さ1メートルの折りたたみ式ソファのあるリビングルーム、バスルーム1つ、必要なものがすべて揃った小さなキッチンなど、すべてが揃っているのが気に入りました。シャンプー、シャワージェル、スリッパ、お茶、ボトル入り飲料水が備わっています。

ゲゲストNice little hotel, not directly in the center but close and easy access to metro. It's close to a busy street so better prepare earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
Room was fine, very clean and tidy bathroom. Wifi was not that great and the TV is very small but at least you can use netflix etc.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - dry bread, very limited, not really any sweet stuff, the hot dishes weren't tasty at all and the coffee machine looked like it's past its days - very bad coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful though.

匿匿名ユーザー私たちは家族と一緒でした。予約サービスを通じてチェーンホテルを予約したのはこれが初めてではありません。彼らは、子供は10年間私たちと一緒にいて、サービスで価格が設定されていると述べましたが、ホテルは私たちに追加料金を支払うよう求めました。子供用の折りたたみベッド、これに遭遇したのは初めてでした。3人部屋を予約した場合、ホテルは1室ではなく、身長150cmの10歳の子供が同じベッドで寝ることを意味しません。私たちには、トルコ、ドバイ、エジプト、ロシアではそのような問題はありませんでした。
部屋はほこりっぽく、カーペットは古く、寝具は古くなったのか、それとも何かが起こったのか半分白く、半分黄色くなっています。
チェックインには25分ほどと時間がかかり、予約済みの部屋について何か言われました。予約にはたくさんの予約があるにもかかわらず、飛行機から降りるのがただ疲れているときに部屋を探すのに長い時間がかかりました。
カフェのステーキ以外はどれもおいしいですが、気に入らなかったので、ゴムだったことがわかりました。
プラスの面としては、この場所は滝、公園、アララットの展望台に近く、食事に最適なカフェがあり、夜には公園で子供を楽しませることができます
屋内プールのある素敵なスパ。プールはとても大きく、大きなジャウジがあり、公園を見渡す屋外のサンラウンジャーに横たわる興味深いオプションがあります。

OOlgaПриехала в 3 ночи. Заселили в номер, в котором кто-то спал😀 . Минут через 30 дали номер. Все чисто. Запахов лишних нет. Днем на ресепшен адекватные ребята. Написала все заранее, ждать столько ночью неприятно( за это сняла 1 звезду). В номере минибар, чай-кофе, чайник. Халатик. В моем номере на двоих был 1 крохотный шампунь , 1 крохотный гель для душа и мыльце, зубная щетка. Номер на двоих! Можно было хотя бы на двоих это положить. Итого: добираться на такси примерно 25 мин 1600денег. До автобуса-2 км от отеля. Это не центр. Вообще мне отель понравился, хорошее отношение, чисто, большие номера. Рекомендую. Завтрак тоже есть, не пробовала. О! Есть терраса на 7 этаже, спорт зал.

ゲゲストDas Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Eriwan. Der Check in gestaltete sich unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich. Das Bad sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eis tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit schönen Salaten und viel Obst. Es gab tole Käsesorten. Die Wurstplatten sahen auch gut aus, ich esse aber keine Wurst, deshalb kann ich den Geschmack nicht beurteilen. Die Backwaren warwen vielseitig. Ich habe in erster Linie Lawasch und armenisches Fladenbrot gegessen. Toller Kaffee und gute Säfte. Zusätzlich gabe es im Hotel einen sauberen Pool und eine Sauna, die ich oft benutzt habe. Auch hier war alles sauber. Die Rezeption hat bei Fragen gerne geholfen. Sollte ich wieder einmal nach Eriwan kommen, werde ich sicher wieder das Hotel aufsuchen.

部屋は広々としていて清潔で、ベッドも快適で、とても良い滞在になりました。
