С перелётом была проблема, в Стамбуле меня и около 60 пассажиров не пустили на рейс, хотя мы проходили регистрацию. Я связалась с отелем и попросила сделать возврат денежных средств, хотя сумма возврата не подлежала, БЛАГОДАРЮ, что мне пошли на встречу и поменяли даты. Спасибо всем менеджерам TRIP.COM и сотрудникам отеля. Прилет у меня 18/09. Ждите))

The hotel use to be good price for what delivery, but lately they are offering worst bedrooms for more money.....but...the hotel is well located for who need to go airport... Is clean and well located but don't have windows to outside just for inside the own hotel. Is a 8/10 maybe too expensive for bedrooms without windows to outside.

Excellent price for a large 2bd 2ba, basic but comfortable with a full size refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Nothing fancy, but certainly spacious and functional, with a great location if you have a personal vehicle or rental car. Staff were very sweet and helpful. We were just one night between pre-booked hotel weeks, but I would hesitate to return for a longer stay.

Bon choix pour être sur une magnifique plage près de la ville de San Jose. Petit complexe par rapport à ceux environnants. Infrastructures vieillotes mais faut s’y attendre puisque les nuitées sont beaucoup plus abordables que les hôtels voisins. Nous n’avons pas mangé à l’hôtel donc aucun avis sur la nourriture.

Everything and everyone was great. From check in with Lilianas beautiful smile, to Dante, Jose and Rosalinas assistance when needed. Close to 2 great supermarkets, a Oxxo , a Starbucks, and even a McDonald's. There was a coffee machine, blender, toaster, fridge and dinnerware in the very clean room with balcony. Also very close to the (very cheap) bus stop to Chileno Beach and Cabo San Lucas. I would definitely return. Don't miss Art Walk on Thursday night in the town center (take Uber).

Cleanliness its a plus in this property! The rooms needs some attention in maintenance issues. Front desk have troubles with my reservation, I reserved a ocean view room and they give me a parking lot view, too tired to complaint and move rooms. Everything else it was good, staff super friendly and kind.

部屋は少し古く、設備は平均的で、オールインクルーシブホテルですが、食べ物は良くありません、お勧めしません、同じ価格で他のものを選ぶ方が良いです!価格が約1000であれば、ハイタのすぐそばで、海の見えるビーチは同じです!

スタッフはいつも特に親切で超フレンドリーだったので、大丈夫なアメニティ(プールは夜は少し寒く、速い泳ぎに行くのが難しかったが、私たちは管理していた)。私たちはベッドが大好きでした、彼らは信じられないほど快適で、私たちが得た部屋は静かで、私たちは眠りに落ち着くことができました。朝食は大丈夫でしたが、私は彼らがある時点で明らかに食べた野菜を愛していましたが、二度と持ち帰ることはありませんでした。コーヒーはかなりしっかりしていましたが、それがプラスでした。最後に、場所はツアーを予約するためのすべてのバー、レストラン、場所まで金の徒歩圏内でした。全体的に、それは私たちの2泊滞在の目的を達成しました:)。
