Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

旅程が変わったので、2泊別に注文しました。余曲折の後、差額を補うために、ついに2泊部屋を変更する必要はありません。しかし、翌日の夜、部屋が掃除されていないことに驚きました。フロントデスクに尋ねると、ルームサービスの清掃はチェックイン時にゲストが率先して提案する必要があると言われました。そうでなければ、掃除されません。これは私が数十年の出張で店に滞在して以来、私が遭遇した最初の規則です。私はこの容認できないサービスに耐えるためにいくつかのきれいなタオルを手に入れなければなりませんでした。

トリップで2階の部屋のタイプを予約しましたが、2階は満員で少し落ち込んでいるとのことでしたが(1階は騒がしく、2階の足音や外の音にも影響を受けました)しかし、カウンターのスタッフはとても親切で、ビールを飲むように誘ってくれました。翌朝早くグランドキャニオンに行きました。しかし、カウンターはまだ開いていないので、セルフチェックアウトもできません。部屋のカードを部屋に残してメッセージを残して、ハウスキーピングスタッフにチェックアウトを手伝ってもらいます。

清潔で、部屋のテレビにはNetflixなどのビデオストリーミングメディアがあり、朝食は通常の無料標準です。唯一の問題は、近くに食品工場があることです。ホテルの外に奇妙な匂いがあり、部屋はありません。

ホテルは新しく、プールやジムも完備されています。ツール 66 のより安全なエリア。夜で駐車場はほぼ満車でした。しかし、部屋の防音性は非常に悪く、隣でパーティーがあり、夜は音楽がとてもうるさく、ドアを開けたり閉めたりしながら一晩中廊下でおしゃべりしていました。フロントに改善されたと伝えましたが、それでもサブウーファーは鳴り続けました。 ホテルは素晴らしく、コーヒーは美味しく、滞在経験は平均的です。

静かで、清潔で、素晴らしいスタッフ。唯一の欠点は、Covid-19アラート中に朝食が提供されなかったことです。私の頼りになるアメニティの1つは、朝食を利用できる宿泊施設です。これは、十分な情報に基づいた決定を下せるように注意する必要があります。

ホテルは素敵で、部屋は素敵でした。コーヒーメーカーは汚れていましたが、部屋は全体的に大丈夫でした。屋内暖房プールを楽しんだ。フィットネスセンターは私たちの好みには適していません。 ACはなく、サウナのように感じました。トレッドミルとバイクしかありません。The Continental breakfast, I’m sorry was horrible. It was a decent stay but probably wouldn't be my first choice to stay again.

The service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a bar on the east side that appeals to some really loud and obnoxious people. They were drunk and yelling in the street all night long. We slept very little for the entire stay. On top of that, the hot water went out during the first night, and th temperature was in the teens. The staff did give us a credit for that, but it didn't help enough to make me want to return there ever again.

A good place to stay for my early morning appointments. Large comfy rooms with comfortable beds. A great breakfast is a plus.
