Very nicely decorated hotel, amenities are awesome and service is good. A bit further away from the town centre but short distance from the train station, the hotel also offers free transfer service from the train station

This hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it ”international” grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent.

初めて邯鄲に来たときは、「邯鄲は歩くことを学ぶ」という慣用句以外はまったく馴染みのないものでした。ホテルに入ると、予想を完全に超えた驚きが随所にあると言えます。ホテルのロビーから部屋まで全てにおいて大満足で、ルームアクセスカードもユニークです。朝食の種類が多すぎて、北部の軽食はどれもボリュームたっぷりです。

「ホテルはチェックインからチェックアウトまで素晴らしい経験を提供しました。部屋は清潔でモダンで、とても快適でした。スタッフはプロフェッショナルでフレンドリーで、いつでもお手伝いする準備ができていました。場所は便利で、レストラン、ショッピング、交通機関に簡単にアクセスできました。朝食はさまざまな新鮮な食べ物を提供し、全体的な雰囲気はリラックスして歓迎してくれました。ビジネス旅行者とレジャー旅行者の両方にこのホテルを強くお勧めします。またここに喜んで滞在します。

We were so happy with our stay! The hotel staff were so nice and friendly, and they were very accommodating! We really enjoyed the comfortable and clean room and amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the laundry facilities were also very nice. We can’t wait to come back to visit!

Great location with friendly helpful staff. The museum is just across the street.The only thing makes me feel uncomfortable is someone smoking in the room and keep the doors open.

性價比超高的酒店環境很好，設施很新，早餐也不錯，還贈送了對面古鎮的門票和風華涉縣的演出票。每次我們帶孩子回老家都住這裏，不想打擾長者的清靜。最近增加了管家服務，管家小牛的細緻周到，能感受到工作人員的熱情和專業。下次回來還會住這兒。

邯鄲市にある老舗の国営ホテル。テレビ局の向かい、市党委員会の斜め向かいに位置し、丞台と市博物館にも近接しています。広々とした空間で、五つ星クラスの充実したサービスを提供しています。ホテルは大規模な改装工事を経ており、建物の裏には立体駐車場があります。駐車場係員は勤勉で親切、フロントスタッフも親切です。客室は清潔で、最新のスマート家電と独立したウェットエリアとドライエリアが備わっています。朝食メニューは豊富で、地元の名物料理も含まれています。 端午節期間中も、近隣の丞台グランドホテルや邯鄲グランドホテルと比べて料金が大幅に上昇することはなく、お得感は高いと言えるでしょう。しかし、改善の余地もいくつかあります。客室はスマート家電や最新の電化製品でアップグレードされていますが、床や壁は依然として老朽化が進んでいます。清掃と喫煙に関する規制を強化する必要があります。サービススタッフは全体的に歓迎的ですが、一部の清掃スタッフは責任感を養うための研修をさらに受ける必要があります。レストランの衛生状態は、かなり疑問視されています。ロビーの床はベタベタしており、食器やテーブルトップの状態も悪いです。

If you want to chill, relax, and let your mind unwind in a beautiful, soothing space, you absolutely must come to this hotel. This was one of the best travel experiences I've had, and the hotel staff do everything to make you feel comfortable during your stay. I really loved this stay—I’ll definitely be back.

・１泊＋３泊に分かれた予約で連続４泊しました。 ・予約時の情報にはなかったのですが、冷蔵庫が使えたのはとても便利でした。ホテルの斜め向かいにある超市「美食林」で買った果物等を冷やすことができました。 ・目の前にバス停があり、観光名所に行く路線も多く交通便利でした。響堂山景区に行くための峰峰鉱区方面行きバス604路にもホテル前から乗れました。 ・現金をデポージットとしたのですが、預かり証が発行されない運営でチェックアウト時にトラブルにならないか少し不安でしたが、きちんと返還されました。 ・浴室のすりガラス状シートの一部が切り取られたままでした。今回は一人旅なので問題なかったですが、同伴者がいてトイレの様子を見られるのは困りますので、修繕を望みます。 ・邯鄲内の他のホテルと比較できませんが、外国人が泊まれるホテルとしてはコスパ良しだったと思っています。
