このホテルは本当に素晴らしく、****様式が色濃く出ていて、どこを撮っても絵になります。様々な人種の外国人観光客を見かけるので、彼らにも愛されていることが分かります。フロントのスタッフは皆とても親切で、コミュニケーション能力も高く、問題があれば迅速に対応してくれます。****の衣装選びまで手伝ってくれて、写真撮影までしてくれるんですよ。前日までに予約すれば、ホテルが主要な観光地まで送迎してくれるので、とても助かります。2階には無料のマッサージチェアがあり、一日観光した後にマッサージするのは最高に疲れが取れます！最後に朝食について触れておきたいのですが、****料理、洋食、中華料理、フルーツと、本当に種類が豊富なんです。しかも、イケメンシェフがその場で****麺、小麺、フォー、米線を調理してくれるので、どんな好みの方でも満足できるでしょう。もしもう一度選ぶ機会があるなら、私はまたここに泊まります。

ユニークなホテル。伝統的な****のスタイルを体験したいなら、ここが最適です。古風な佇まい、近代的な設備、冷蔵庫にある無限の飲み物、そしてかわいいミルク猫。ホテルのフロントは親切で丁寧です。エレベーターがないので、出発の際は電話一本で荷物を部屋まで運んでくれます。場所も非常に便利で、Barkhor Street のすぐ外にあり、Zhuanjing Road までは歩いて数分で行くことができ、その隣には小さなお店もありとても便利です。紛失したモバイルバッテリーの発見を手伝ってくれた Rajen に感謝します。次回来た時は店内でアフタヌーンティーも試してみたいです。

酒店新開的，設施都比較新，衞生也乾淨，房間也大，前台小姐姐服務也很好，在城區邊上沒有什麼吃的，不太方便； 對我來説缺點如下： 一是：供氧這個好像你按到床頭什麼睡眠模式就會給關了，所以要注意，這麼高海拔的地方晚上不供氧受不住的； 二是：早飯是送到房間的，這個不好，容易打擾客人睡覺，加上送來也不太熱乎了

We liked this hotel, it had a spacious atrium with a lot of healthy and green plants. Having the free laundry facilities was great. The location was perfect, it is within walking distance to the Jokhang temple and Potala Palace. There are many places to eat below the hotel.

ピンツォカンサンには何度も宿泊していますが、部屋には鼻から吸える酸素濃縮器があり、食事も素晴らしく、スタッフの対応もとても良いです。毎日新鮮なフルーツを部屋に届けてくれるので、****滞在も安心です。友人にも勧めたいと思います。その他：枕の快適さを改善し、使用済みタオルのカゴを設置することをお勧めします。

A hidden gem tucked away in the small streets of Bakuo, less than 10 minutes walk to Jokhang temple. This hotel is honestly the most unique place I have ever stayed, it used to be the home of Lhasa’s King Gesar, turned into a museum. The hotel staff we very friendly, had a nice family feel and I was coming home at the end of every stay. The two cats at the reception area are a highlight of this hotel. They do a daily incense burning ritual around 9ish, which got to take part in. If you’re interested, head down to the courtyard before that time. If you’re looking for a modern hotel, this isn’t the place for you but if you’re looking for something with history and heritage, this is definitely the hotel for you! Just something’s to note, not the whole hotel has lifts. Check with the hotel first if the room your looking has lift lift access first if thats a concern for you. And the room did not have a fridge, but we hanged our stuff outside the window as it’s so cold 😅. Thanks for an amazing stay, definitely recommend!

立地は最高です。 清潔さも良好でした。 朝食は中華風で、洋食の選択肢はやや限られています。冷たい飲み物、ジュース、美味しいコーヒーはありません。ダイニングルームのテーブルは非常に大きいため、スペースが無駄になっており、ピーク時には席が空いていないことがよくあります。 部屋はとても素敵です。広くて快適です。バスルームも十分です。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでしたが、英語はごく初歩的でした。 100室以上あるのにエレベーターは1基しかなく、階段も利用しにくいため、レストランやロビーに行くのは少し面倒です。

とても良い選択です。入るとフロントの方から挨拶がありました。チェックインのフロントサービスは良いです。私たちがフロアに到着すると、そこは****中国風の装飾が施されていました。部屋に入るとさらに驚きました。お部屋は畳敷きです。畳の上からポタラ宮を眺めることができます。部屋は清潔で整頓されています。朝食もとても充実していてオススメです

As a state-owned hotel in Lhasa, this property’s main advantage is its proximity to Norbulingka, though it is relatively far from most other major attractions in the city. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming, which made the overall service feel somewhat impersonal. The hotel building itself is set back quite a distance from the roadside entrance, resulting in a quieter atmosphere. This, combined with the surrounding garden, does create a reasonably tranquil environment—one of the few positive aspects of the stay. The included breakfast was acceptable but unremarkable, and the room view was similarly average, without anything particularly memorable.

The hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel. The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage. The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app. There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
