I booked for 3 person from 19 to 24 Dec. On arrival told that I needed to pay $30 a night for a 3rd bed. I had paid 50% more for the room because of the 3rd.person I was shocked n protested. Finally the front desk manager gave me the extra bed. Question. I should never be inconvenient for something that is very clear. You collected 3 persons price but only provide two beds. Where is the 3rd person supposed to sleep. In the toilet?
I've stayed here many times whilst working in Laos. It's a very central location so easy to walk to bars and restaurants int he city central area. The facilities and service are excellent. Good gym and pool never too busy. Room is ok but not quite as modern as some of the international 5* chains. The biggest plus is the staff. Very reliable, professional and friendly.
ゲゲストGood location but poor service Good location but poor service We checked in for four rooms and when we asked for upgrade the room for our manager the answer is always no, when our room has a problem with air con and we did inform front desk to fix, but after dinner when we came to the lobby the next shifts staffs have no clue about what happened? Secondly we printed out for 10 papers and staffs said manager will charge for 100,000kip while outside only 2,000kip each , then we had to pay for it. After checking out no one was asking how we experienced during our stays, one of our colleagues left her earring in the toilet, when we checked and need to wait for whole day for the answer. I then sent another message to them but again the morning shift left and I had to explain from the very beginning to afternoon shift about what happened. Communication is the main issue here! Totally disappointed
ゲゲストThe hotel is European classic style. Staff is friendly, polite and helpful. Room is so specious. Bathroom in balcony facing sunset direction side may need ventilation fan. Breakfast has a la carte for choices. Overall is very nice.
BBruno FLarge, decent room with a beautiful view of the Mekong. But a mattress as hard as a plank of wood, air conditioning barely working, dark lighting with 5W bulbs, the lack of hot water in the bathroom, and the loud noise from the road below made my 14 days stay unpleasant. This was reinforced by very, very basic food, always the same at each meal, with poor quality products (tasteless meat, sometimes giving the impression of eating cardboard). Don't hope to have any reduction, or gift, even small. I broke a glass and I was asked to pay 6 $ to replace it (the real cost is 0,8$). However, at the same time, I paid 910$ for my stay. I was there in a particular context, since I did about forty when I entered Laos. So my comments on the food do not relate to the restaurants at this hotel. But this is a hotel that I would not go back to and that I do not recommend
