1. The hotel evaluation in trip.com is nothing to do with reality, i mean the 10/10 outstanding is not true 2. The furniture of the hotel is not up to standard 3. The air-conditione in the room is not working properly even i complain about it ,but the hotel management did not take any serious action ,with which I hardly could sleep at night ,the air-conditione is set at 16 c but the real show in the screen is 27 to 29 c 4. The most worse and bad in the room is the pills, which is very thick and sooooo cheep quality ,I could not sleep at all because of its condition ,I complain, the manager said that this is what they have and could do noting ,I told him that I will complain to the trip .Com then he called me and promise to change it but all the time he was just sending the same type but with different face of stuff ,he was cheating, and he did nothing ,it was a night mare fir me to sleep the second night 5.Tge resturant open at 8 am in the morning, and the quality of food is cheep I do not recommend this hotel

市内中心部に位置し、エジプト博物館にも至近です。徒歩10分圏内に充実したアメニティが揃っています。有名なコシャリー・アブ・タレクまで徒歩6分です。客室は手入れが行き届いており、フロントには24時間365日スタッフが常駐しています。あらゆる年齢層、国籍のお客様にご利用いただけます。 改善点： 1. タオルはリクエストではなく、チェックイン時に配布してください。 2. 停電時にエレベーター内に閉じ込められたことがあり、エレベーターのドアがきちんと閉まっていないために動かないことが頻繁にありました。エレベーターはホステルの管理ではないことをご理解ください。このような状況は受け入れられないため、建物の所有者にリクエストしてください。 3. 集中空調システムの導入を検討してください。エアコンを誰かがオフにすると、他の人に影響が出る可能性があります。

Hotel w centrum, blisko sklepy i bary, jednak przy głównej trasie, przez co jest głośno 24h. W recepcji nie mają stoperów do uszu a drzwi balkonowe się nie domykają, przez co ciężko jest się wyspać. Hotel czysty, obsługa serdeczna. Śniadania przeciętne jak na 4*, dodatkowo brak kawy (jedynie saszetki z nescafe) i plastikowe sztućce, z czym się jeszcze nigdy nie spotkałem. Na 1-2 noce ok, na dłuższe pobyty nie polecam pokoi od strony ulicy.

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The decoration deserves a special mention - it is elegant, tasteful, and full of character. You can really feel that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The residence is located in Zamalek, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Cairo, and the location honestly could not have been better. The neighborhood has a very special atmosphere: it feels safe, comfortable, lively, and relaxing at the same time. The streets are always animated, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful corners to discover. There is something interesting everywhere you look, and it truly feels as though every street and every corner has its own story to tell. I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights, and I can confidently say that it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Cairo. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the beautiful view of the Nile from the terrace. Sitting there and enjoying the view was such a memorable experience, especially after spending the day exploring the city. It gives the apartment a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. The location is also extremely convenient. Almost everything you could possibly need is just a minute or a few minutes away, whether you are looking for restaurants, cafés, shops, transportation, or simply a nice place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. Staying here made exploring Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was not only the apartment or the location, but also the amazing people working at the residence. I have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They genuinely pay attention to the smallest details and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to Mazen, whose name I remember, but I would also like to thank the entire team because every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They were always available whenever I needed something, always greeted me with kindness, and sometimes went far beyond what I would normally expect. Their warmth and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being another guest. Overall, my five nights here were an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful and spotless apartment, the tasteful decoration, the incredible Nile view, the perfect location in Zamalek, and most importantly, the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, an excellent location, beautiful views, and exceptional hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Cairo so special and memorable. I arrived as a guest, but I left with wonderful memories that I will carry with me for a very long time.

3泊滞在しました。ナイルビューツインを2部屋予約しましたが、2部屋ともスイートルームにアップグレードしてくれました。部屋の中で迷子になる程広い部屋に感動！トイレも2つあり、洗濯機やキッチンまでありました。 朝食も思っていたより種類があり、美味しかったです。 スタッフの皆様もとても親切でした。 立地的には全てUberやタクシー移動なので良くわからなかったのですが、断然Uberでの移動がオススメ。 父が和食を好むので、1階にある日本食レストラン牧野さんは毎日行きました。なんちゃって日本食ではなく、しっかり日本食でした。 年末年始に泊まったのでナイル川で新年の花火やドローンが見えてラッキーでした！

部屋は清潔でデザイン性もありました。朝食は部屋まで運んでくれるのですが、毎日同じメニューなので長期滞在だと飽きてしまうかもしれません。ただ、周辺の交通は便利で、ホテルの目の前が地下鉄の駅です。フロントのAliさんは親切で丁寧に対応してくれました。

道路沿いの部屋だったので、騒音がひどく、防音はほとんどありませんでした。入口でのセキュリティチェックはありましたが、他は特に問題ありません。近くに飲食店が少なかったです。全体的には、まあ、こんなものでしょうか。
