Birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and deer are seen daily from this units covered balcony. The condo boasts a full kitchen, dining area, a beautiful wood burning fireplace and a spacious living area and 1.5 bathrooms with sleeping for 6 people. The Powderidge Ski lift is approximately 100 yards from this condo. The shuttle is only steps away and a short ride to the village, western territory, or Silvercreek. A private washer and dryer are located within the unit. There is a walking and bike trail that can be used to traverse the top of the entire mountain. Winter fun on the slopes will excite you with Snowshoe boasting over 13 feet of natural snowfall on average per year. Summer thrills in the bike park will let you see a whole other side of Snowshoe The lake will keep you cool and occupied with a water obstacle course, SUP, and kayaking. Enjoy a nice round of golf at Raven Golf Club tucked at the base of the western side of the mountain. Located at Mountain Lodge, this top floor unit gives you everything you need to enjoy your skiing, biking, or hiking getaway! The private balcony has now been installed! Please view photos at the end of our gallery as we work to update our remaining photos that show the previous gate blocking the doors. The unit has one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and TV. The living room can host an additional two guests with a pull-out sofa bed and a reclining massage chair to relax those muscles after a day on the slopes! Should the weather not cooperate then go back in time with a retro video game console pre-loaded with all of your familiar favorites. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy a nice home cooked meal if you choose. Towels and linens are provided. There is a coin operated laundry room on our floor outside of the unit across the hall should you need to use it. Steps away from the elevator. We are located right in front of the Ballhooter lift, directly in the Village for easy access to all shops and restaurants. Imagine waking up in this amazing and serene space, ready to explore all that Snowshoe has to offer. After a busy day of skiing, come back to cook a meal in a fully-equipped kitchen for a gourmet meal. It is our family's vacation home that we are sharing with special guests!For your information, Snowshoe Resort is an "upside-down ski resort" with the lodging on top and lifts beginning from the mountaintop (elevation of 4848' with 251 acres of ski-able terrain).
