ゲゲストOur stay was beautiful, I will not deny that. However it was not without a few letdowns. I am a woman who is all about a pool and was so excited to swim in the absolutely gorgeous pool I saw in all the photos online. I visited the week of Jan 1- Jan 7th and the weather was quite warm about 75 degrees every day. HOWEVER, the pool was absolutely FREEZING to the point where I was shivering being in it. Felt like an ICE BATH :( It was not enjoyable and with this being a secluded/ all inclusive hotel there weren't very much other forms of entertainment during the day except for the pool and the beach (the water was warm at the beach). It was so disappointing. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done but they stated was no pool heater/temperature adjuster. We paid about 4 grand total for this trip and to be completely honest were only able to enjoy the pool once. My next complaint comes to the beach. We went to the beach which gets pretty bus. There was a day where every single chair was full and two of the hotel cabanas were being taken over by random street vendors - taking away two spots for the guests from the 100% packed beach area. These guys were NOT a part of the hotel and are the vendors who go around trying to sell cigars, etc. I watched the staff pass by them multiple times and say nothing while ACTUAL GUESTS had nowhere to lounge by the beach. That was very disappointing as these guys were laughing loudly, staring at guests, and did not move as people walked by looking for chairs. Other than that I will admit that the food was great, the staff was super nice, the hotel grounds were IMPECCABLE, the rooms were nice, everything else was quite lovely. But for the reasons listed I will not be staying at this all inclusive again, although you can still make the most of it and have a lovely experience overall. I'd recommend a stay if you're not going for the main reason of enjoying the pool and the beach.

ここでの滞在は最高でした！緑、野生動物、プール、ビーチがたくさんある、美しく広々とした敷地。食べ物やエンターテイメントも豊富です。特にスパとパデルコートが気に入りました。強くお勧めします！

いつも常にどこかに清掃員がいて、清掃はすごい気をかけてると思いました プールも素敵でしたが噂通り海は少し綺麗ではなかったかも ドリンクもフードも10時していて美味しかったし スタッフの対応も良かったです、

ゲゲストWe really enjoyed our stay. The food offered a great variety and was always a good choice. The facilities are very spacious, so you don’t feel how many guests are actually staying at the hotel. The beach was excellent — you just need to wake up early to get a front-line beach bed.
We loved the continental breakfast available at 6 am; with our jet lag, it was amazing to have such an early option. Most of the guests were middle-aged, kind, and friendly, which created a very pleasant atmosphere.
They also have an amazing jungle area with animals, which was very cool. The animals looked healthy and well taken care of, and it was a lovely addition to the experience.
However, we didn’t see many staff members who were smiling or particularly willing to help — some were friendlier than others, but a few came across as a bit rude.
Overall, we had a very nice experience and would return to this hotel again.

まず、エル ベソは、より大きなオーシャン リベラ リゾート内の 1 つの建物に過ぎません。つまり、あなたの建物だけが大人専用ということです。私たちが泊まったスイムアップ ルームは素敵でした。10 軒のレストランのほとんどすべて、あるいはすべてを試してみましたが、食事はおいしくて不満はありませんでした。いつも素晴らしいというわけではないかもしれませんが、ひどいということはありません。この大きなリゾートには、3～4 つの異なるブランドやサービス レベルがあります。エル ベソは最上階から 1 つ上のレベルであるプリビレッジにあるようで、私たちはさらに 1 泊変更しましたが、プリビレッジのミニ バーは非常に優れており、バトラー サービスや、満席時の優先レストラン予約もありました。プリビレッジ専用の特別なレストランもあり、素晴らしかったのですが、どのレストランも極端に混雑していませんでした。リゾートのすべての情報が掲載されたアプリまたはアプリのように機能するウェブページがあり、そこから予約できます。また、毎晩たくさんのエンターテイメントがあります。ぜひ訪れて滞在したい場所です。リゾートの外に出る必要はありません。様々なアクティビティがあり、スケジュールもぎっしり詰まっています。ボーリング場や劇場もあります。近くにはあまり何もなく、観光地まではビーチ沿いに車で20分ほどです。

ゲゲストThe apartment in itself has a very nice size, big closet, big and comfortable bed, big sofa, 2 tvs, etc..
At our arrival bot soap dispensers in the bathroom were completely empty!!!!!! We had to contact the Company that manages the apartment, the guy came with one of those huge jar of floor cleaning product cut in half in with inside a liquid in dark yellow/brown colour and fill those dispensers up... very weird..
He was not able to give us any soap to clean dishes in the kitchen :(
The kitchen had very few dishes to be used so we could not really use it.
We used the pool on the rooftop but the bar on the below floor was in ”restructure” mode (and it seems that it has been like that for a while).
We only needed to stay for 1 night, so it was not a big issue for us, but it's a shame that in the whole Riviera Maya nice apartment are not really maintained and services properly...
