ゲゲストOur stay was beautiful, I will not deny that. However it was not without a few letdowns. I am a woman who is all about a pool and was so excited to swim in the absolutely gorgeous pool I saw in all the photos online. I visited the week of Jan 1- Jan 7th and the weather was quite warm about 75 degrees every day. HOWEVER, the pool was absolutely FREEZING to the point where I was shivering being in it. Felt like an ICE BATH :( It was not enjoyable and with this being a secluded/ all inclusive hotel there weren't very much other forms of entertainment during the day except for the pool and the beach (the water was warm at the beach). It was so disappointing. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done but they stated was no pool heater/temperature adjuster. We paid about 4 grand total for this trip and to be completely honest were only able to enjoy the pool once. My next complaint comes to the beach. We went to the beach which gets pretty bus. There was a day where every single chair was full and two of the hotel cabanas were being taken over by random street vendors - taking away two spots for the guests from the 100% packed beach area. These guys were NOT a part of the hotel and are the vendors who go around trying to sell cigars, etc. I watched the staff pass by them multiple times and say nothing while ACTUAL GUESTS had nowhere to lounge by the beach. That was very disappointing as these guys were laughing loudly, staring at guests, and did not move as people walked by looking for chairs. Other than that I will admit that the food was great, the staff was super nice, the hotel grounds were IMPECCABLE, the rooms were nice, everything else was quite lovely. But for the reasons listed I will not be staying at this all inclusive again, although you can still make the most of it and have a lovely experience overall. I'd recommend a stay if you're not going for the main reason of enjoying the pool and the beach.

匿匿名ユーザーこれはホテルのグループで、3つか4つのホテルが組み合わせられ、家族に適したホテルがあり、大人のみに開放されています。ホテルは大きく、観光バスで様々な場所を往復する必要があります。いくつかのホテルのロビーとレストランと各種施設は互いに使用できます。活動は非常に豊富です。各ビルの階下には、このビルの顧客のすべてのニーズを世話するバトラーがいます!サービスはとても良いです!毎朝8時以降、バトラーは一日中イベントスケジュールとレストランの開店時間と各種コンサートを手配します。イベント時間は全部一人に送られます。とても親密です。毎日の活動も豊富です!ホテルのグループには20の異なるレストランがあります。すべてが含まれており、とても思慮深いです!毎晩、音楽ショー、パーティーの種類もたくさんあります!全天候で配置されています!海岸線も非常に長く、内陸湖が縦横に交差しており、景色はとても良いです!家族の休暇に最適です!

場所が有利で、家にスーパーマーケットがあります（敷地内のグリルからの最高で安い食べ物）。

MmohamadThe hotel looks nice, but is very noisy. Specially during mornings when you are sleeping. The restaurant on first floor starts working from 6:30 am and walls are very thin. So you hear lots of noise and hard to sleep well. But still they have good promotions for free messages and other stuff. I recommend getting a room on 3rd floor to have least noise.

ミミアキス全体的に清潔感はあるが、バスルームの鏡が汚れていたりシャワーのノズルが動かなかったり、水圧が弱いなど設備の古さは目立つ。
また24時近くまで一階ないし屋上でパーティーをやっているせいか音楽がうるさく、夜中の3時頃に上の階からしきりに椅子を引く音がして目を覚ましてしまうなど困ることがあった。
朝食は一日目は美味しかったが二日目はイマイチだった。
さらに宿泊税込みの料金を予約して支払い済のはずが、当日更に請求されたのは理解ができない。
アクセスは良いが値段を考えると三星ホテル。

FFLAVIA FAZANIThe hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The staff is friendly and polite, making you feel welcome. There are several restaurants and a good variety of drinks and food. Unfortunately, the area isn’t safe—my bag was stolen, and we also witnessed a very serious car accident with fatalities. The hotel itself is great, but due to the safety concerns, I wouldn’t return to Cancun/Playa del Carmen.

NNikkilaoshiFirstly El Beso is simply 1 building within the larger Ocean Rivera resort. Meaning only your building is Adults Only. Our Swim up room was lovely. We tried almost all if not all of the 10 restaurants and we had no complaints the food was good. Maybe not always amazing but never terrible. There’s like 3/4 different brands or levels of service within the larger resort. El Beso seems to be 1 level from the top which is Privilege we switched for an extra night & the mini bar for privilege was much better as well as having the butler service and priority restaurant bookings when they were all booked. There’s also a special restaurant only for privilege that was great but none of the restaurants were extremely crowded. There’s an app or webpage that works like an app with all of the resort info and you can book reservations there. There’s also lots of entertainment nightly. It’s definitely a place to go and stay there’s no need to venture outside of the resort there’s so many things to do schedules are packed for all of the different areas & a bowling alley and theater. There is not much near by the tourist area is maybe 20 mins away by car down the beach.

RRaul VilarrealMe gusto el hotel en general, solo pasamos una noche, el estacionamiento es amplio, me gustó mucho el desayuno, tiene lo que promete y sabe rico. Todo el personal fue muy amable. Quizá solo hace falta la limpieza en la ducha, tenía un poquito de moho en algunas partes de la boquilla y tubos. También los pasillos les hace falta mtto o pintura. La alberca pequeña pero suficiente para relajarse. Creo q si volvería, es una muy buena opción cuando traes coche y vas a andar de tours. Relación precio vs lo que ofrece.. excelente 👌.
