Checked into this hotel for a weekend wedding. Upon entering our room, big puddle on the floor from the refrigerator. Called down to desk, said there was no housekeeping at the moment, but they would send someone up. Put towel down on floor, never saw anyone come up. Upon returning to our room after the wedding around midnight boombox playing so loud, noise from the room next to door to us...music stopped, but the noise was so loud. I called down to the desk 3 times asking them to have the guests in this room quiet down to no avail. I don't even think he went up to the room nor did he call, he ignored my request. Finally at 1:45 am I called the Sturbridge Police. Heard them knock on the door and ask them to quiet down. They did for about 20 minutes, then it started up again. These people were obnoxious and the hotel did not care about their guests who they were disturbing by these obnoxious, self centered, immature ******. Find another place to stay, don't stay here, run......the hotel does not care about you!!!!!

We stopped here on a cross-country trip from upper Maine to Washington. The room was very noisy: we heard everyone above us and outside our door. Worse, our room was located behind the outside stairs so we heard everyone clomping up and down stairs. A staff person was very rude to my husband when he was walking our dog, saying that we had not informed them that we had a pet (we had, and were charged $20 at check-in and ANOTHER $20 a day later). She also said that dogs are only allowed in the back of the property but there are no signs to that effect. The room seemed clean and was well-lit: that's the best I can say for it!

Lovely and clean new hotel, great breakfast, my kids loved the pool. The bathroom was my favorite, great shower and there were actually towel bars and hooks (which is almost non-existent in hotels these days). The lady on staff (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was incredibly helpful and welcoming. My only quibble is there is only one elevator which is pretty slow.

A very clean and comfortable Hampton Inn in Western Mass! Front desk was kind and efficient. Easy to get in and out. Great location near town of Sturbridge and Treehouse Brewery. I will definitely stay again when in the area! Also just a minute from Avellino Italian, a great restaurant for dinner!

Our suite was very nice -- almost unscented, comfortable, quiet, refrigerator and microwave, and no problems at all. Except, the AC was set at 68 degrees, which is insane and pretty indefensible in empty rooms. Staff people were competent and nice. Many people have already mentioned the meh breakfast and this is true, but I had eggs and sausage both days and it was good enough. I personally love having no maid service so I appreciated that being the norm (on weekends anyway).

the room was very clean, service was great, didnt have a chance to experience breakfast. I was a little disappointed to not find a mini refrigerator or microwave in the room, as the other days inns ive been to had them in rooms at the same price.
