カサ デ カンポ ホテル & スパ(Casa de Campo Hotel & Spa)

I have never felt less welcome in a hotel. Upon arrival, a very unfriendly and impolite receptionist insisted we pay a 20% tax on top of the Booking bill. This is a tax that only applies to Colombian citizens, not to foreign tourists like us. We have travelled for four weeks in Colombia, and have never paid this tax. We argued for an hour, and then ended up paying the 20% extra, because our children were so very tired after nine hours of driving. The website of the hotel and Booking promise a restaurant. However, there is only breakfast service. In the evening, you either have to drive 15 minutes on an unlit gravel path back into town, or eat take-away, which is rather sad. We killed at least 20 mosquitoes in our room before going to bed, and still slept badly because of mosquitoes buzzing and biting. There are no nets in the windows or over the bed. This could be a wonderful place, perhaps it once was, under different management. The view is beautiful, the pool is nice, the view is beautiful. But i am very sad that we ended up here, when there are so many lovely hotels we could have stayed in at Villa de Leyva.

It's a peaceful place far from the busy area quite and beautiful. Nice staff..

It is a beautiful place, nicely appointed, with a ton of oddities. Such as a large hole in the ground in the back yard; door handles installed upside down (yes, you have to lift it, not to push down; go figure how to open the door if you are not instructed), not a single glass or cup in the suite, towels dosed as if by prescription, it is waaaay out in the country over a BAD road, half of it dirt and try to get a taxi from the town after 9 PM! If you are there for the VdL, this is NOT your place to stay.

It's a space where you can stay and enjoy the the silence at the mountains being so close to the town. Very good staff.

El hotel queda muy lejos del pueblo....la carretera es destapada y el último tramo está en muy malas condiciones.... Las habitaciones estaban aceptables....el sitio es pequeño y pareciera en algunas zonas abandonado.... Me cobraron un precio exageradamente alto..incluso más alto que en hoteles en SantaMarta o Cartagena....

Hotel con pésimo servicio no se queda nadie en la Noche si se presenta alguna emergencia Las habitaciones no son como la página, no retornan el dinero a pesar de no tomar el servicio de las demás noches Entrada al hotel en muy mal estado y mala ubicación

pésimo servicio de desayuno: A deshoras, el comedor sucio, recibia pedido y se demoraban para venir a recoger nuevamente el pedido, al servir todo muy pequeño o poquito que no justifica el precio que cobran por noche....terrible. La habitación muy bonita pero la cortina del baño llena de moho (muy sucio). Muy muy lejos del pueblo y la entrada está destapada y mala. No se lo recomiendo a nadie

Fuimos víctimas de una falsa publicidad en el Hotel Casa de Campo Hotel & Spa. Hoy 18 de junio del 2023 en horas de la noche, dos hombres que nos indicaron ser los dueños, nos dicen que primero no tenían servicio de Datafono y que era necesario pagar en Efectivo, que lo que salia en la pagina no era lo que se cobraba, que era necesario pagar seguros de hotel y unos adicionales, nos cobraron el doble de la reserva. Estamos insatisfechos ya que duramos 8 horas en llegar al hotel y todo para un mal servicio

Buena atención de los empleados, limpieza optima y todos los servicios ofrecidos se recibieron.
