パラティでの絶対に素晴らしい滞在。スタッフはとても親切で親切で、多くのオプションを備えた素晴らしい朝食、豪華なプール、たくさんのリラックスエリアがあり、私たちの部屋は絶対にきれいでした。

AWAはとても素敵なブティックホテルです。プールをもっと頻繁に掃除する必要があるなど、いくつかの改善があります!私たちの部屋の照明はとても暗かったので、化粧をするのは難しいです。夫のピザを焼いたときを除いて、レストランの食べ物は大丈夫でした。従業員はとてもフレンドリーでした。町全体がとてもほこりっぽいです!セントロまで歩いてすぐです。だから私たちはいつもタクシーを使いました。全体として、私はAWAでの滞在を楽しんだ!

Breakfast was incredible - absolute highlight of the trip! Sat on the beach with the best view for brekkie! A fair way out from town but a beautiful stretch of beach! One of the nicest beach areas we saw and we walked along this section of the island a few times in our holiday there - excellent relaxing music & a good atmosphere with no children. Good & friendly service, nice and clean room, only negative was we struggled to find the entrance and had to wait for staff to check in. If you get rain be aware the roads get fairly waterlogged but you can just about navigate this.

Room was nice, design is cute. Unfortunately really noisy depending on the room you get. There’s several bars nearby and some you can hear everything until 2 am. Some rooms are quieter though. Location is good if you like to go out. If not then you’re just in the epicenter of noise. Cleanliness was good but they never came to clean the rooms/fill up water/take the trash. Staff was nice and helpful.

L’hotel mi è piaciuto molto perché è in stile messicano tutto in legno e con un arredamento molto particolare e ben curato. Purtroppo, però, anche per colpa delle strade di sabbia, le zone comuni risultano molto impolverate, poco pulite e la piscina piena di foglie e insetti. Non siamo stati affatto soddisfatti della colazione che non è a buffet, ma bisogna ordinare nel menu dove sono presenti solo 3 piatti di uova e 1 quarto piatto con 2 fette di pane e una confezione di marmellata. Ti portano poi della frutta e un succo in bicchiere. Se hai ancora fame o sete non si può fare il bis e soprattutto non c’è quella varietà che ci si aspetta in una colazione in hotel. L’hotel ci ha fatto pagare delle tasse che non erano previste nella prenotazione, come se qui in Messico le tasse spuntassero senza una pianificazione e aumentassero di giorno in giorno.

Expérience déplorable au HM Villas Palapa del Mar. Malgré une réservation confirmée 5 mois à l’avance pour deux lits, l’hôtel a tenté de nous imposer un lit simple à l'arrivée. Le cauchemar logistique a continué le lendemain : Obligés de remballer nos affaires et de les stocker à la réception. Au retour d'excursion à 13h, la chambre n'était pas prête. Après nous avoir demandé de revenir 1h plus tard, on nous a encore imposé 40 minutes d'attente supplémentaires. Comble du manque de respect : nous étions dans la piscine juste devant la chambre et avons constaté qu'aucun personnel n'y était entré durant toute notre attente. La chambre était donc vide alors qu'on nous faisait patienter inutilement. Une gestion des stocks défaillante et un personnel de réception qui manque cruellement de professionnalisme. Le cadre ne compense pas un tel service. Passez votre chemin.

The front desk people are super nice but we arrived and there were no towels in the room . I went to ask for towels and said they would bring them to the room. At 11pm still no towels and had to go downstairs 3 more times before I got them … The location is great and there is AC
