"実際、ホールの美しい生活では、私たちのアパートは3階で最大であり、おそらく最高ですが、多くの欠点があります。最小のキッチン機器の写真はなく、2つの最悪の品質のサブが隠されています。 2オイルボード0.5リッターオイルなど壊れたボードは1台にあり、3索の後に修理され、3.Tagではありませんでした。 2つの建物の場所では、従業員も週末に住んでおり、午後8時から18時まで週末に音楽が流れます。オファーは減少せず、7日間のチェックイン時間では、3日間で1xしかできません。この地域のすべての通りには大きな水穴がたくさんあります。水は終わっていません。建築区に住んでいます。今後数年間は開かれません。ビーチにも行けません。足も穴もないです。そして遅い家事です。永遠にないです。!!!!"

"Absolutely beautiful apartment with hotel services! We had really relaxing 11 days here. The pool gets sun all day and its so warm (on may). They clean the room daily and keep all areas superclean all day. Location is perfect; near beach & restaurant. There is Lovely breakfast too! Would love to come back some day again!"

"The hotel far exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, peaceful, full of plants and rustic. One block from the sea. The breakfast is very rich, it has coffee with vegetable milk, fruit juice, pancakes, fruit, scrambled eggs, cereals, granola, yogurt, bread. The dinners are also delicious; Usually there are three different dishes of your choice + salads. They are seasoned in the Mexican style and the quantity is very good. We also understand that the next reservations will be without dinner. Everything is very well organized by Víctor and Óscar. They have a super friendly treatment with all guests and are very helpful, both for doubts/queries regarding the hotel as well as tours or things to do on the island. We left very happy. We would return to the hotel because the stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it if you decide to go."

"I arrived to Mayan Mittoz around 7pm after a 10 hour flight, a 2 hr drive and a 30 minute ferry ride. No one at a ramshackled reception. The website shows very nice pictures and the reviews are ok so I really was fine with choosing this hotel. Eventually I located a gardener who contacted the manager and gave me a key to room number 10. The small hotel was unmanned other than gardening staff and cleaning staff in the day. There is a small cafe/restaurant that is open from 8am til 4pm. This person speaks English and I was able to communicate with him. The room was quite a nice size but dull and dark. The dark grey curtains had to be closed as maintenance or cleaning staff were walking past. The bed was comfy and the room was relatively clean but totally bare. The bathroom was not good. The shower was shabby and the floor was wooden. The rain head shower was grubby and on my return it did actually break. I did find a maintenance man to change it. I cannot imagine the germs harbouring there. The toilet seat was not secure to the toilet and the toilet pan was stained and the fixings were rusty on the hand sink. The outside space was pleasing to the eye with the flora and fauna very nice with humming birds and iguanas. The sun beds were shabby and the pool itself looked nice but there were tiles missing and the air filter covers were missing. I don’t think it was totally clean. The patio doors were broken apparently they had come off their rollers so you could not open them and were not locked. the patio seating area was overgrown so not really possible to sit on it. It’s next to the ferry and a 10 minute walk to town but the area is not particularly pleasant. It is fairly noisy but that did not bother me. I did not feel intimidated at all. Was safe. I think for the time I was there I was the only person !!! Staying there for 10 nights and after 3 nights I moved hotels as it would have seriously affected my Holbox experience. I did relay all of these problems back to the manager via the restaurant / cafe person but when I returned on the last night nothing had changed. I have also informed my tour operator and awaiting their response. Unfortunately I would not recommend this 4* hotel to anyone who has stayed in 4* properties. This is not even worthy of a star ! Probably ok to stay for a night ! If not fussy"

"Room was nice, design is cute. Unfortunately really noisy depending on the room you get. There’s several bars nearby and some you can hear everything until 2 am. Some rooms are quieter though. Location is good if you like to go out. If not then you’re just in the epicenter of noise. Cleanliness was good but they never came to clean the rooms/fill up water/take the trash. Staff was nice and helpful."
