Palapa Lulu is a charming studio on the 3rd level of our boutique triplex, Casa Bahía.A fully gated and secure property within a block to stores, restaurants, fresh seafood, and three blocks from the bus stop which will take you north to Sayulita- San Pancho and south to Puerto Vallarta and the towns in between. This studio is unique in that is has been built with a traditional palm thatched roof called a palapa. It is well equipped for up three guests and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay- new pillow top mattresses with cotton linens, kitchenette including coffee maker, purified water, small fridge, electric stove, toaster oven and complimentary margarita bar. There is a private bathroom and shower equipped with on-demand hot water. The floors are all tiled and floor fans are provided which keep the space fresh and cool (please note there is no air conditioning). The sundeck which encompasses the other half of the studio is perfect for lounging in the hammock, enjoying some yoga, coffee time or al fresco dining in the evening. There is fiber optic WiFi and mesh boosters throughout the whole property which have been proven to be very reliable. The studio is also equipped with laptop friendly table and chairs for working online.Our guests now have exclusive day-pass access to the beachfront pool at Hotel Mesón de Mita, a 5 minute walk from the casa! Casa Bahía is a boutique triplex located just around the block from the beach. “Los Sueños” is the ground level unit which is bright, airy and can sleep up to four guests.The front gates lead to the covered porch area and private entrance which opens to a large living space with convertible sofa (two twin sized beds). The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including a complimentary margarita bar. The powerful 2-ton inverter air conditioner is located in the bedroom which is furnished with a new pillow top queen sized bed and cotton linens. There is an oversized closet space and dresser for storage and windows that let in great natural light and ventilation. The bathroom with great shower pressure and parota wood finishings is located conveniently across the hall. All the floors throughout the entire casa are tiled and ceiling fans are installed in each room which keeps the space fresh and cool. For guests who work online, the WiFi, provided by TotalPlay, has recently been upgraded to a fiber optic 5G network and the unit has its own booster and private connection- it has been very reliable as compared to other companies in the area. The open front porch area is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is the perfect place for coffee in the morning, al fresco dining in the evening or lounging in the hammock. El Farito is a small complex with 12 oceanfront condominium located on the picturesque Banderas Bay. This condo has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The condo is located on the 5th floor, which allows a great breeze through out the unit and great views of the bay. Sorry no children under 13. Enjoy watching the whales in the bay or watching the surfer right in front of the condo. The pool area provides a great place to lie in the sun or take a dip in the pool. You will find everything you need in the colony from great restaurants to street vendors offering the best tacos, to many small 'grocery' stores which can supply all your shopping needs. The Saturday street market is a great place for fresh vegetables. The locals are friendly and very helpful with everything you might need.The condo features a master bedroom with a small private balcony which over looks the colony and hills. Welcome to our home away from home, where you'll be just steps from the sand and great surfing! We are truly a beach front building with our own private access to the beach. Our spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom unit is ready to provide you with a home base at the beach. We have 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Our small 12-unit complex is located just a few minutes walk from local restaurants, fishing trips, whale watching tours, and surfing lessons. There is a surf school right outside our beach gate.Each of our two bedrooms has a king size bed with a 5" gel memory foam topper for extra comfort. Each room has an air conditioner controlled by a remote, as well as ceiling fans throughout to keep you nice and cool on those hot days. We have a collection of books, puzzles, and games and the perfect living room table for puzzle assembly!Our private patio opens to the pool and our new hot tub. Our fully equipped kitchen will meet your needs including dinnerware, silverware, stemware, and cookware. If you like to grill out, please enjoy the outdoor kitchen by the pool, which is complete with a bar area, small refrigerator, and a gas grill. If cooking is not your thing, there are many restaurants along the beach within a 5 minute walk from the condo, as well as several locally owned food carts. We have high-speed internet (fiber optic), a Smart TV for streaming (bring your Amazon Fire TV stick or equivalent), and a brand new washer/dryer. Our place has high end finishes including granite counter tops throughout and travertine tiled baths. Our two bedroom 3 bath condo is a large (2200 square feet), comfortable unit located right on the beach in El Anclote. Steps from one of the best family friendly surfbreaks on the coast, it also has all the comforts of home! Our condo building (formerly known as Hotel Cinco) has two pools (one rooftop) and one at the beach level. The restaurant located in our bullding provides super dinner options as well as the numerous beachfront restaurants all along the street. The unit has a complete kitchen with top level appliances so if cooking is your thing -- you've got the tools to do it! The master bedroom has a kingsized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds and a private bath. There is a guest bath located in between as well. Our unit has a sound system to hook up to your electronic devices, wi-fi, and televisions in the living room and the master bedroom. Individual air conditioners in each room allow you to regulate the temperature to your liking. We have an Apple TV device and even left a few of our favorite DVD's for viewing! Save a money on rentals because our unit offers a complete recreation package for the ocean -- we have various sizes of booties for tidepooling or playing in the ocean, 2 boogie boards, various snorkeling equipment for 4, 2 standup paddleboards, and surfboards for use as our guests. We even have some lifevests for children if needed.We are located in a small condo building (that used to be run as a hotel) on the beach in Punta de Mita. Punta de Mita is the small town just outside of the Four Seasons Punta Mita resort area. Our little town has everything you need for an adventurous or relaxing vacation. Great restaurants, small market and some unique shops. We are just an hour away from Puerto Vallarta International airport. You will enjoy spectacular views from your own terrace (we are on the second floor) and will be able to enjoy people watching as boats take off from the anchorage right in front. All water sports are available from surfing, paddleboarding, snorkeling, fishing and even scuba diving or spear fishing! Our concierge team can help you set up any sort of adventure or luxury you desire -- from a meal prepared by a chef in the unit to horseback riding, ziplining, atv adventures and more!
