It's rare to find rooms as good as this for this price... Simply very good. Get ready to contact them before hand so they can give you the code to get in the room.

The room is really good and clean. Three of us went there and stayed for 4 nights. the owner is friendly and attends to all of our needs. The room has a projector so you can chill. The only downside is that the place is in the neighborhood and it is a little difficult to find it at first as the owners don't speak English. But the locals helped us. You can also use WeChat to communicate with the owner. The owner tried to help us all the time. There's a food street at night when you exit from the main gate. So the food won't be a problem. highly recommend this place if you're looking for a room.

สภาพห้องสะใช้ได้เลยค่ะ ตอนไปถึงต้องติดต่อกับทางเจ้าของผ่านทางวีแชท ห้องที่ได้พักจะเป็นห้องที่อยู่ในตึกอพาตเม้นอีกทีสภาพตึกดูเก่าๆ หน่อยแต่สภาพห้องใช้ได้เลย ใครที่มากับเพื่อนหาที่พักราคาไม่แรงมากแนะนำที่นี่เลยค่ะ อยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟนั่งรถเมล์ประมาณ2-3ป้ายก็ถึงแล้ว ใกล้ๆมีของกินเยอะเพราะอยู่ใกล้มหาลัย

房間設施齊全智能化，衞生乾淨整潔有序，還貼心的準備了一次性坐便套，服務態度熱情周到細緻，大投屏看着真爽！地理位置優越，樓下超市、各種小吃齊全，且美味！

酒店離天津理工大學、天津師範大學很近，出門不到100米有小吃夜市，用餐方便。房間內的窗簾、燈光智能聲控，大屏投影清晰，空調靜音，睡眠安靜，稍不足的是洗澡熱水壓力稍小。
