Food was great stay was very good.The staff especially Bimal Haritha Rufina and Nagiah were great in ensuring our experience was superb It’s under IHCL and it’s a great taj experience Has come for Darshan and had a beautiful experience. Overall a great experience and a great visit to this wonderful temple town.

Great trip and Great stay

ティルマラとカラハスティ寺院を訪れた後、ホテルに滞在しました..そして非常に良い3つの部屋を予約しました..チェックイン時に、無料の朝食が午前7時に提供されると知らされました..朝食は間違いなく無料ではありませんでした。同じ部屋に約329 Rsを支払った。私は悪い食べ物のためにレストランを以前にレビューしていました、そして私はホテルが靴下を引っ張る必要があると思います。しかし、私たちの滞在を損なうのは、真夜中の2階の大きな騒音で、私たちの睡眠を邪魔しました。疲れた寺院の訪問の後、私たちは平和と睡眠を期待していました。ロビーに苦情を申し立てた*** agerと彼が言わなければならないのは申し訳ありませんでした。彼らは騒音を聞くことができなかったかのように、私たちは彼らに電話するべきでした。二度とミネルバグランド!!

The hotel is very neatly maintained, breakfast buffet is elaborate and very tasty. Their Arabian grape juice was yummy. The housekeeping staff is very good, they are very responsive. I tried a few food items from the hotel they were very good too. Another advantage to this hotel is that it has the famous A2B in the ground floor, so you can enjoy great food without stepping out of the hotel. The hotel is at a walkable distance from Kapila teertham and closer to the Alipiri circle. I used their travel desk to go to Kalahasti, the driver and car were very good though it was a bit expensive. You can book Uber to travel to Tirumala and other local site seeing. The staff at the reception and dining area are not very communicative, they only respond to a question if you ask them. A bit more polish and proactiveness could make the experience great. I am in no way saying their service was bad, but these are minute areas that need improvement.
