Nice hotel. The breakfast was simple and good to have my eggs made.

Nice and simple hotel with a beautiful pool and outdoor area! Quiet location but only 10-15 mins walk to the centre and 5 mins from Palma Central. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Really helpful and friendly staff, they helped us with taxis and tour bookings. Staff were also readily available if you come across any issues! Free breakfast, which was simple but enough and lovely, with fresh juices everyday!

It exceeds the expectations in regards to ambience, the photos don't do it justice. It's clean, fresh and neat. The rooms are simple and include the expected. Comfortable beds as well. The pool was perfect! Since most guests make excursions the pool is mostly empty during the day, so that leaves you alone in the quite if you like that. No music, and no noise at all. There are bikes to rent which was very convenient. Location: yes, it's in the outskirts of the pueblo/city center, and yes the street is a bit sketchy, very dirty and it has no street lights. You can however easily walk to the center area and there are several options of restaurants very close by. But bikes makes life easier. This is a great place to stay for comfort use as a base for different daytrips and excusions. All in all it lives up to the expectations and promises. The real disappoin**ent was the breakfast. It was poor. Very poor. But it was great for our purpose of the stay we intended!

Definitely a trek to get to the hotel and not necessarily the safest to walk at night as a female (there are some dark corners) but a very wonderful hotel otherwise. Just be ready to have to pay $150mx every time you want a taxi to and from el centro.

I got stuck in Tulum late in the night while traveling south and saw Villa H2O to reserve online. After reserving, I called and the attendant told me he would be gone for the day by the time I arrived but he will leave the room keys with security. This man was very accommodating and friendly. This place was chic and simple but still so beautiful. Very clean!

We ended up booking last minute after another property canceled on us unexpectedly. Our unit was perfect for our stay, the pool was great, we appreciated the included breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and communicative. I'd definitely recommend a stay here.

Excellent, safe, clean, beautiful place to stay. Front desk staff Juan Carlos and Emmanuel were incredibly helpful with general tips, transportation, tour, ideas, and recommendations, as well as restaurant ideas. It was a block and a half walk to the main road and there are several restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend the closest which is on the same road called Restaurante La Choca (do not miss it!) You can also easily walk for 15 minutes towards the more busy downtown area on the main highway for a variety of restaurant options. The pool and breakfast area were both beautifully maintained and very clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. Most days it included coffee and tea, of course, granola, yogurt, fruit, honey, breakfast, cereals, eggs, omelettes, toast, and one day there was pancakes. The staff working there were lovely and very helpful. It was a lovely, quiet place to stay, and we felt safe at all times. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and the people that we met who worked there.
