Urine and tobacco stinking right from road up to 4th floor to even in room. Reception on 1st floor then i was taken to their 3rd floor (4th fl. No lift. No words to explain horrible. I lost money since did not checked in.

The hotel staff was very impolite and did not pay any heed to the demands of the customer, the rooms were very dirty and full of insects and mosquitoes and there was also seepage in the room and the walls were full of mould

Worst room ever i had booked. I don't recommend anyone to this hotel shrinath. Very bad experience desk person also not trained or polite.

The room was ok even the cleanliness was ok but the bed was infected with bed bugs and the balcony outside the room was smelling. We slept on the floor entire time.
