Excellente service on all accounts. The breakfast was a delight with the staff willing to adapt to all demands. Initially the air conditioning was not turned on but this was quickly rectified. The rooms were excellent except that the shower door only half complete; meaning the bathroom floor got wet,

Even though we only stopped here for a coffee, we were still treated as valued guests. The excellent coffee came with cookies. The service is thoroughly professional and the view splendid. We will return surely to try the restaurant. I live in the area so I will not be testing the hotel but it certainly looks like a good choice to stay.

This newly built hotel was fantastic with a breathtaking view, spotless service and amazing creative food. An homage to the staff who put out e beginning wildfire and still working on service. Luckily it went well. The pool area is just fantastic. Incredible calm & relaxing.

This is a well priced and delightful hotel, newly renovated and with an amazing restaurant. We came here during a heat wave, and were pleased to find that the rooms had great a/c and that the pool offers a great way to cool down (with a beautiful view). As for food, breakfast is delicious. And one day we stayed for lunch. We’re pescatarian and I usually avoid eating vegan. But the Vegan lunch was one of the top ten meals I’ve had in the past year. As for the service? Our rental car had no A/C, and we had to drive to Aix. The wonderful manager was nice enough to offer us her car. We declined her generous offer, but this was symptomatic of the way she treated us and all guests, anything to make us happy. We highly recommend staying here, it’s a gem.

Excellent small hotel in the heart of Provence situated 30minutes from Aix en Provence. Wonderful views of the Mont Sainte Victoire from the terrace. Very helpful and friendly staff. Service was discrete and attentive. The hotel offers different room configurations but all overlook the Mont Sainte Victoire and the resting place if Picasso. The family chateau is not open to the public unfortunately. The room we stayed in was well equipped with a modern ensuite bathroom and Italian shower. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel offers an outdoor pool also overlooking the mountain. The restaurant features a franco-bresilien menu with a vegan and childrens option. The flavourrs and originality of the dishes makes it a must. The breakfast was excellent and the food is made to order arriving quite rapidly. We spent 1 night there but will definitely going back.

Excellent everything, fast checkin,incredible treatment,spacious room, we had a suite. Great dinner, the very creative chef (mr Mateus Marangoni) and his spectacular tasting menu as if it were a michelin star, lovely wait staff, we will come back for sure

Superbe expérience, à ne pas manquer ! L'expérience de l'hôtel dans sa globalité était tout simplement géniale ! L'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse de l'équipe ont créé une atmosphère conviviale et professionnelle dès le premier instant. La chambre offrait une vue imprenable, et les prestations étaient à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant était particulièrement remarquable, avec un menu dégustation d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Les plats étaient équilibrés, riches en saveurs et préparés avec des produits frais de qualité. Le fond de musique brésilienne contribue également à l’expérience et nous enveloppe d’une chaleur à la touche brésilienne. C’est une véritable réussite. La sélection de vins était également excellente.

Hôtel exceptionnel. Tout était parfait : - visuellement le design de l’hôtel déchire - le service était PARFAIT, toutes les personnes que nous avons côtoyé étaient compétents, agréables, serviables, quel plaisir - les équipements des chambres sont très bons - la situation et la vue sur la Sainte Victoire et le château sont très agréables - l’olfactif à la figue est top (il rappelle les soins des hôtels W) - le restaurant avec son menu 7 plats est excellent En bref une expérience merveilleuse sans AUCUNE fausse note. Quel bonheur !
