The place is really paradise, great service, excellent food, clean and spacious rooms

Lovely oceanfront resort.We had a spacious comfortable, well-appointed chalet. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Housekeeping exceptional. Breakfasts were very good with buffet and varied hot entrees as options. Despite damage to the beach area wrought by a cyclone in March , the Beach Lodge appears to have recovered well and remains a comfortable luxurious option for a stay in Vilanculos

Our experience here was delightful. The resort is stunning, and the hospitality was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and the attentive staff made our stay truly memorable. The stunning swimming pool overlooking the sea added to the beauty of the place, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The resort's beautiful surroundings made our short stay a fantastic experience.

This place feels like home, the staff is very well trained and without exception always friendly and helpful. Apart from the best view and swimming pool in Vilanculos, the facilities are well maintained and always in good working order. Have been staying at Beach Lodge many times over the past couple of years and you can always depend on their high standards being maintained. The Staff and Management pride themselves in making your stay one to always remember.

Great service, nice view of the beach, top class hospitality, the weather was nice to be outside, fresh meals everyday and super friendly helpful staff, I enjoyed every day of my stay, looking forward to my next visit again, I also enjoyed the yatch ride to the island, the views from the island are spectacular

This was our fifth trip to Vilanculos, but first time at the Beach Lodge. The lodge is excellent and highly recommended. Accommodation is comfortable, cleaning service was top notch and servers are friendly. Location is prefect with direct access to the beach. The lodge GM personally checked on our experience and asked for any areas they can improve on. The only one we could think of is more drinks servants around the pool. This lodge has no TV's in the rooms which in our opinion is preferred. TV's would take away the authenticity of the beach experience. You are in one of the best places on the planet, why waste it by watching TV?

We went to Vilanculos Beach Lodge on two occassions to have drinks and a meal (we did not stay at the lodge, but were day visitors). The food and drinks were delicious. It is a stunning setting overlooking the immaculate garden, pool and beach. On the second occasion, however, the staff were quite rude when we had not made a reservation and reluctantly gave us one of many open tables. It was, however, a stunning meal with live music.

The hotel manager is amazing and friendly and so was the staff. We went to Mozambique for the horse safari and added this hotel for our last couple of days. Food was fantastic. Would recommend!
