Je remercie chaleureusement le personnel pour son accueil courtois et sympathique. Je souligne également la qualité du buffet et des plats du jour tant par leur saveur que par leur présentation soignée. L'ambiance est chaleureuse et familiale. Je recommande vivement ! 😉

Super séjour au Kyriad, qui a su s'adapter aux exigences de l'événementiel : service, réactivité, professionnalisme, merci pour l'accueil réservé aux équipes et aux Officiels du Tournoi international Christophe MAQUET de Judo, en partenariat avec le Judo Club de Sainghin en Mélantois.

We spent a weekend visiting Lille and this hotel was perfect! It is very close to the metro station (villeneuve d’ascq - hotel de ville). The only trouble was finding the reception! There are 2 parkings, however the reception entrance was not indicated on the signboard and it was difficult to find. After several attempts, we decided to ring the bell of the bigger car park and the gate was opened. The room was small, but it was clean. I had requested a room quiet and on a high floor and we were given one on the first floor, on the side of a road. Luckily it was quiet, however I would have preferred a third floor room. Breakfast is ok, the only thing is that the receptionist had to deal with the reception duties and look after the breakfast (maybe take one extra person for a couple of hours during breakfast would be a good idea). Recommended!

We picked this hotel because we were going to the Champions League between Lille and Chelsea. The location was perfect. We were about 15/20 minutes walk away. We arrived and were upgraded to a studio which had a double bed and single bed in the main bedroom and a double sofa bed in the other room. It also had self catering facilities. The hotel has a very good bar, selling 3 different beers on tap, one being 8.5 % volume! It also had a good selection of spirits. Buffet breakfast is €11 each and was well worth the money. All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially the sweet man who worked in the kitchen providing a wonderful breakfast. So happy and kept everything topped up. All in all a lovely hotel which I would thoroughly recommend, especially if you are going to the Stade Pierre Mauroy for a game or going into Lille City Centre as there is a Metro station (Cite Scienfifique) which is only 15 minutes walk away.

Je vais faire court... - Qu'est-ce que j'ai aimé ? Le lit était confortable. Café, thé proposés. C'est tout. - Qu'est-ce que je n'ai PAS aimé ? Salle de douche horrible : une fois qu'on a fini de se doucher, ça devient une vraie piscine !! De l'eau partout !! La vasque du lavabo n'est pas pratique du tout ! On entend tout dans le couloir et dans les chambres communicantes. On avait une vue sur l'hôtel en face... pas d'intimité donc. Et petite fenêtre en somme, pas lumineux. Poubelle trop petite. Pas de parking gratuit pour les résidents de l'hôtel !! En somme, on avait vraiment l'impression d'être dans une piscine dans la salle de douche... super désagréable, j'ai détesté !!

ラグビーワールドカップのために9月23日に2泊しました。まず、机とエレベーターしかないレセプションエリアに入ると、ビンルームからの臭いが耐えられませんでした。6階の部屋に着くには、落書きで覆われた廊下を歩いていなければなりませんでした(それが芸術であるかどうかはわかりませんか?)。部屋自体は十分に大きかったが、ホテルの部屋よりも「学生の掘り出し物」のように感じた。トイレはシャワールームから分離されており、石鹸やタオルレールはなく、実際にはシンクにタオルが付いた小さなシンクだけでした。シャワーヘッドはフロッピーだったので、保持されます。しかし、最悪の部分は、2 泊で 400 ユーロを支払った後、部屋が掃除されなかったことです。なぜ部屋を掃除しなかったのかと尋ねると、週に 1 回しか掃除されていないと言われました。私は以前に泊まったどのホテルでもこれを経験したことがなく、サービスの悪さにショックを受けました。言うまでもなく、私は二度とチューリップ旅館を使用しません。

It's a clean and nice hotel apartment. The only downside was, you could hear very loud music coming from the outside. I am not sure if it was a one time event or a nightclub next door. Other then that location is fine, there is a building with some restaurants next door and the hotel is clean and staff are friendly.
