All rooms are ocean views. They have a parking garage and open parking above the garage. They have two pools that are on the street side, but I didn't use them. By one of the pools they have a nice outside area with a gas fire pit. My room had a separate bedroom with no windows and a door and I slept like a baby. The living room area was big, but nothing special. I would stay here again.
The hotel was clean and presentable. The room was clean. The A/C struggled to keep the room cool, but was successful enough at night where we were able to sleep comfortably. I have 2 issues with the room. Why on earth are hotels using double beds still. 2 kids can sleep on them fine, but 2 adults it gets pretty tight, especially if you are on the bigger side. Wasn’t an issue for us, but an observation. The other is, not enough storage. Just one small item with 2 drawers for your clothes. There is more than enough room for 2 queen beds, a sleeper sofa and a real dresser or Chest in the room. So if you are staying for more than a couple nights, be prepared to live out of suitcases. Staff was friendly and actually paid attention to you. Indoor pool looked nice, and beachfront rooms are awesome overall. Close access to the beach and a good coffee shop is just a few steps out of the front door. Cactus jacks is recommended to eat dinner just down the street a bit.
ゲゲストThe team at the front desk was very welcoming upon our arrival. Though obviously older, our room was nice and clean. The view was fabulous, as we had a full oceanfront view. Access to the beach was right outside the back door. The room has a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was decent and more than simple “continental style”. There were egg frittatas, home style breakfast potatoes, sausage patties and of course a make your own waffle station with lots of toppings, various breakfast pastries, cereal, yogurt, fruit cocktail, fresh fruit options and a few juice options as well. We were close to the pier and lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Currently, floors 6-10 are already renovated and they cost more; maybe worth it. It took some effort to get/keep our room as cool as we like it. Overall, I would stay here again.

Hello and welcome to my review. While we didn't use all of the amenities, this can still serve to help you make an informed decision. We checked in about 830 on a Friday night prior to the NAS Oceana Airshow. We were welcomed by Izzy at the front desk. She was extremely sweet and helpful. When she found out there were children in my travel party, she gave them each a nylon drawstring bag with a snack, coloring book, and crayons. We were on the 18th floor and best I can tell, there were four rooms, broken into suite A and B so they can be combined. We didn't hear any noise on the floor at all. The bathroom had plenty of towels and the tub was quite deep. The room had a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and coffee maker. A definite plus was the fact there was actual silverware and plates. Most places with that size only provide plastic and paper utensils. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the bed didn't seem to be long enough. I'm 5'11 and my feet hung just over the bed. Additionally, the room did seem a little small to me as well. The downside in our room was that the A/C sounded like a jet engine spooling up and once running, sounded like an inbound helicopter. I cannot say if that is common across all rooms. This hotel does not offer free breakfast but there are plenty of places to eat right there along Virginia Beach, While parking is part of your resort fee, the garage is one block away. As I said, we didn't use any amenities, so I have no idea how the pools and fitness center are. All in all, the hotel is clean, it's on the beach, and the staff is friendly. I hope that helps.
Pool is very nice, clean, and private. Balcony overlooking ocean is very pleasant and relaxing. Key to open our door was no problem, unlike every other hotel we have stayed in. Bathroom is small...just a toilet and shower...and sink is in our hallway. Much better since there were 5 of us in a suite. Kitchen/livingroom was pleasant and spacious. Yes, it's older, and no frills. We came to the beach to be on the beach, so no problem for us. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again! Parking here was easy! Coffee in lobby is great!
Location and the pool is great. However, they need to fix the buildings. The hall way smells of urine and the handrails are broken and just sitting there. My room smelled of **** and cigarettes. I even checked my phone to make sure I booked a non smoking room. Blanket and sheets were thin, pillows were flat. There wasn’t a phone in the room, furniture looked like it was from a thrift store. There was no closet to hang your clothing. There wasn’t any sus people. Jut people looking like they were vacationing. They can do better with fixing up the place for the price that they want. The grounds were well kept and the sushi restaurant next door is great. They can do better for being in the Middle of everything. Check in was a breeze. The front desk clerk was very friendly, the lobby however need to clean up and move all the broken appliances and furniture they no longer need.
