The elevators were scary and the room toilet first was clogged then smelled like smoke bad!!!!

Simple room nice view. Bed very comfortable. Trashy garage area. Smelled horrible

The hotel was in a very bad area. The locks on the front and deck doors were broken and we felt very unsafe. We checked out 2 days early once we were able to reserve new rooms at a safer hotel

The only issue I had was no one being at the front desk at check-in time. Waited for nearly 30 minutes as a line of irate customers started to form. The importance of an assistant at the front desk is essential especially at the posted check-in time.

The stay was really nice . The pool was warm it felt Amazing. The hotel could use some updates but overall nice stay.

This property was not as it appeared on the internet when booking. The only thing that was remotely like what is on the internet is the lobby. The room barely had electricity had to plug in an extension cord, the heat/ac didn't hardly work, there was no cable, the plumbing is terrible and backing up into the sink and bathtub, the toilet wouldn't flush properly and when it did it overflowed onto the floor fecal matter at that and when brought to the attention of the hotel all they said was the room will be cleaned shortly. Ok, that's great but what about the problem with the toilet are we not addressing that, NO they did not just moved us into a different room that was still NO better than the one we were in.

Stayed during Shamrock Marathon. Great customer service and excellent location. However, hotel is in need of an update. It’s very outdated. Stay - March 16 through March 17th.

Internet and cable did not work properly and the phone and kitchen sink light didn’t work at all

The Seaview was a very nice hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was great with a wonderful oceanfront view. I would definitely book again
