Die Lage der Hotels und der Ausblick auf das Meer sind gut. Keine Ausstattung auf dem Balkon. Das Bad wurde beim Duschen geflutet. Der Strand war dreckig und wurde nicht aufgeräumt. Für den Preis erwartet man mehr.

The hotel was 1010 The hotel was new and there were modern rooms , it was also very clean . Very good breakfast , the staff was very kind , they also gave us beach towels . We orderd sushi for dinner and salmon with mango , they were 1010 very tasty , it was a great experience .

We went there for dinner , the food was very good , we ordered salmon with mango which had an amaizing taste , and the crudo was the best one . The service was good and fast , it didnt took long , we didnt wait mutch for the food , the staff was very kind to us , they helped us with everything .

The wifi is the best , the view is very beautiful , the food is very delicious, the restaurant is very good , the sea is free and the hotel gives free sandbeds and free umbrella's for guests . Albanian people are very kind people very calm people . The staff of the hotel is very friendly, very nice people , the cleaning of the room is done in a very correct way . The best hotel .

Very attentive and excellent staff, Kevin our waiter in particular. Made us a vegan pasta dish to accommodate our diet. Food was delicious, yummy pizzas and salads. Reasonably priced drinks. Will definitely return for more good food and customer service

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Good location on the Lungomare promenade and a great service from receptionist ( Emily) on arrival Breakfast was not so great. It was meant to be served from 830 but wasn’t ready until nearer 9am. We ordered coffee, assuming it would be included in the price, like every other hotel we stayed in Albania, but the manager ( Lydia?) insisted that we had to pay for these. The selection was good but the attitude of the manager soured our experience. Fridge in room lacked listed items, and there was no tea or coffee supplied with the in-room the kettle- only sugar. What could be a great hotel needs to improve to secure repeat bookings.

Op het eerste oog lijkt dit een super restaurant, maar het was alles behalve dat. We werden bij het ontvangst genegeerd en zochten zelf maar een plekje uit. Alles duurde lang, voordat we geholpen werden, ons eten kregen of konden afrekenen. Ook renden de kinderen van de manager rond door het restaurant en op het terras. Iedereen keek en niemand van het personeel deed iets. Ik kreeg mijn voorgerecht en mijn partner moest een half uur wachten. We hebben dus niet samen gegeten. Ik had een mojito besteld en onder in het glas lag een laag suiker.
