I booked this hotel based on its proximity to the Rastkogelbahn and the room descriptions and facilities described on the hotel website. We flew into Innsbruck and arranged a private transfer which took about 90minutes. The location of the hotel was great, with a short walk to the gondola. The bus stop for the glacier was a few steps from the ski room and ran frequently. The hotel is also adjacent to the Hexen Kessl, a must visit for some superb Austrian après! We received a very warm welcome when we arrived. Whilst our luggage was taken to the room and ski lockers, we were offered a welcome drink in the bar. We were also able to enjoy the afternoon food offering. After we’d finished our drink and food we were given a guided tour of the hotel. Very useful, as this was a first time visit. Our room (Junior Suite Burgjuwel) was great. Spacious with a generous seating area and double aspect, plenty of storage space for our clothes and ski gear and a lovely big and bright bathroom. It was quite warm at night but we simply turned off the radiator and opened a window. Housekeeping was very efficient and we loved the duvet art! We were on the first floor but would ask for a higher floor next time as that would afford a better view of the mountains. The food selection and quality at breakfast was excellent. From cereals, fruit, cheese, meats, pastries and bakery items to a selection of hot dishes, including omelettes made to order. I loved juicing my own carrots in the machine provided. The food choice and quality was also excellent in the afternoon and evening. It was great to come back from skiing and be able to grab a snack, either savoury or sweet or both. The evening meal comprised six courses, starting with your choice of salad, starter, soup, main, dessert and cheese. The wellness facilities were simply amazing. We loved the rooftop pool and the event sauna in particular. We had a fabulous time at the Tuxerhof and will definitely return.

Top of the top as usual! We spend here every Xmass for approx. 9years in a row and this is always something Special. We love the a**osphere and attitude of the owners and all staff in the hotel and trea**ent of clients as a part of the family. Thank you and see you soon.

Another spectacular stay at the Tuxerhof. Brought the whole family (16 people in total) for the 90th birthday of my mother. As usual, the team there made us feel special, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. When we asked for padded seats for our e-bike rentals, they went and bought brand new ones and had them ready when we needed them. The Tuxerhof difference. There's a reason this is one of the best hotels in the world.

Once again, visiting and staying at this hotel is pure bliss. From the reception desk, the bar personnel, service in the dining area, cleaning staff right through to the owners - they will give you the best experience possible! You will find a very clean room, as also the public & pool areas. The dedication of the staff to make you feel at home is second to none. The activity programme is simply amazing, if you are bored YOU have done something wrong and NOT the hotel & staff. The upkeep of the hotel is amazing. Each year we return, the owners have either renovated, added or are planning to build, reconstruct or add to the guests experience.

Tuxerhof is a very special hotel. Our room was very comfortable, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food was delicious, with excellent gluten free options for my husband who is coeliac. There are lots of walks from the hotel. We had a very relaxing holiday.

We feel a warm a**osphere since we first step foot into the Hotel. Staffs are welcoming, and the way they treat us was remarkable. My partner and I wasn't a German speaker, but we didn't felt out of the place at all, English speaking staff takes care of every aspect during our stay, and even staffs who does not speak english also tried ther best to explain things for us, make us feel they do care about us. This is the first time I can remember every staffs that we've encounter, their friendliness make us feel comfortable like home. The interior design of the facility also a big plus for picture taking freak like us. Every corner of the resort is instagramable. The restaurant balcony, sky lounge, sunset pool, are places we love the most. We booked to stay for a week, and amazingly we found some new and exciting things on each day, staff clothing changes everyday, dinner table decorations are different by day as well! Thanks to Hotel Alpine Spa Tuxerhof giving us such a memorable vaction! 100% recommended!

The Alpin Spa Tuxerhof convinces with excellent service, state of the art facilities, and superb activity options inside and outside the Hotel. The family-oriented Management of the Hotel is a clear plus - the owners are personally interested in the well-being of their guests. My family and I highly recommend a stay at this place.

We stayed in Tuxerhof this winter, and this was the 11. time. Super service all the time, and so friendly staff. The food was fantastic, and there was some fantastic local wines. We recommend this hotel for sommer and Winter. The best hotel in the world.
