ダス ワルヒゼ アクティブリゾート(Hotel Das Walchsee)

We had a very warm welcome when we checked in so we felt good from the beginning. There are swimming pools ( also heated pool outside ! ) , saunas , gym , some sports activities are offered for the guests so we were always entertained. The dinner was also nice ( lots of healthy selection). The cocktails we had at the hotel bar were very tasty . The hotel is located next to the beautiful lake and it is ideal to take a walk .. I would like to mention that hotel staff are very friendly ( reception , restaurant, bar ) and always try to help the guests . We would like to come back soon with our family soon !

We spent in this hotel only one night (during a traveling to Munich). I have to say that it's a very good place for family time. The hotel was clean, the service and wellness were very good and the food was good too. Thank you ...

Not understanding the language I found it quite surprised that a 4 stars hotel did not have any information in English. I would suggest to have a brochure in English at least for the Spa services. I wanted to request some trea**ents but I could not understand the many services as brochures provided was only in the German language. The same was also for maps and surrounding area infos.

We were very satisfied with the hotel and personnel. Everything was perfect, clean, stylish and staff was very warmhearted. Moreover, surroundings were beautiful including the lake and mountains on the horizon. Susan and Thomas

We booked a family room half board and really enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff, nice clean modern room with two bathrooms. Lots of activities are forseen to choose as you wish, we can recommend the walking tour! Excellent food, would recommend!

The staff was very friendly and all Conrona rules were well observed. Unfortunately, the food was not that great and the internet was almost unusable. The wellness offer for families is very good and we had fun there.

Hotel ist sehr gepflegt das Zimmer 231 ist sehr geräumig und sehr leise.Schön wäre eine Zimmerbar wo man auch etwas zum kühlen rein stellen könnte.Zimmer war sehr modern ,hatte aber ein paar Schönheitsfehler wie Flecken an der Wand.Leider hat man im Hotel keine Möglichkeit Kuchen zu essen.Der Service beim Essen war sehr zu empfehlen.Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.Leider muss ich sagen hat uns der Empfang garnicht gefallen .Keiner hat uns eingewiesen wo etwas war und wann etwas war.Weder Passwort für das WLAN noch sonst irgendwas erklärt bekommen. Die Dame hatte wohl einen schlechten Tag,den der Rest vom Empfang war dann in Ordnung.Kleiner Nachteil, es waren viele Kinder da und im Pool war es dann natürlich auch sehr laut.Saunas waren fast nie um 14 Uhr an und wir waren eigentlich zum Wellness da.Auf Nachfrage ist es immer aktiviert worden.Die Ausage das die Saunas nicht an wären,war Nachhaltigkeit.

Wir waren nit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern da. Pool ist mega. Sport - Kinder und Spielezimmet auch. Die Zimmer und das Essen wurden der Preisklasse jedoch nicht gerecht.

Es war rundum ein absolut schöner Urlaub. Sehr freundliches Personal- egal in welcher Sparte - ob an der Rezeption, beim Essen oder die Putzfrauen. Das Essen war absolut klasse, abwechslungsreich, frisch, lecker & für jeden was dabei. Wir waren rundum zufrieden & kommen gerne wieder !
