Very much trash don’t give the deposit back and the breakfast trash

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a variety of tasty items. Extra towels were not available. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay😊.. From the sleeping, the cleanliness to the breakfast… It was very enjoyable.. We will come back.. The front desk personnel to the cleaning personnel were more than friendly 😊

We arrived and checked in. We were assigned Room 236 and when we walked into the room, it strongly smelled of cigarette smoke. I went back to the front desk and made of receptionist aware. She (young, blond hair lady) apologized profusely. She informed me that she will assign a different room and checked the newly assigned room for us to make sure there was no cigarette odor. She came back to the lobby and gave us our new keys for Room 239. We went to the room which not only did not smell of cigarettes but it was a larger, corner room. We were very pleased. A big thank you to the receptionist. We appreciated the impeccable service.

Property was very clean. However the parking lot needed more salt as there was a lot of ice. Also the pool was closed down for my entire visit

Ariel from the front desk was great. Her energy was beautiful. She helped anyway she could. The beds were not very comfortable, and I asked to have my sheets changed nut that never happened. Our toilet had a hard time flushing only to fond a molded towel in the back of the tank. I have a severe fungi allergy. Im also an asthmatic. This set me off medically. It was very quiet, conveniently located, but not worth the amount of money i spent.

Everything was excellent , even the breakfast! Loved the 12noon checkout time. Only problem was kids over top of your head running around. They should have put the children on first floor.

This is a "good enough" hotel for an overnight stay, or a couple days on business Pros: - Right off Rte 301, convenient to a good many things - Although a bit care worn, the hotel was clean - Not sure how full the hotel was, but it was quiet - no noise from adjoining rooms or the floor above - The front desk staff were nice, and the cleaning staff were polite - The free breakfast was decent, and the coffee was actually all right (I've not been impressed with most hotel coffee) Cons: - I couldn't help but feel that we were missing a lamp for the desk / corner floor lamp the way that the room was lit. - The mini fridge was non-functional or set very low, and there was no knob to adjust it. - The parking lot and access road are a bit rough, and could use re-paving

They put a room next to the laundry room, other guests were loud and doing laundry until 3am, little sleep was had because of this. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

The room was old, furniture was old and torn,carpet had stains on it that looked like it was there for years, ventilation fan in the bathroom was loud, most cable movie stations were in Spanish,the menu to change was also in Spanish.Young man at the front desk was the best.The hotel only had 2 carts,the young man at the desk found a cart,being a senior, we need carts.

We was in a room directly across from the eating area and this place was so loud we could not get any sleep I am very disappointed
