A small and very good equipped apartment in the very heart of Warsaw, just a hundred meters from the castle. Very good communication, comprehensive self check-in instructions. Easy access to public transportation. Clean and cozy, highly recommended.

My experience with this stay was poor. I did not receive check in instructions -I had to message the hotel to get a code and information about the room. This was stressful ahead of a trip, and I'm not sure I would've known the circumstances pre-departure had I not contacted the hotel for information. Rooms were supposed to be PIN entry, but my lock was broken. A physical key was left behind a curtain beside the door - this didn't feel very secure or reassuring. My room was broadly good - comfortable and clean bed, good bathroom, kitchen area with good amenities - however my window ledge was covered in many (probably a hundred if not more) tiny dead flies. It had not been cleaned. I contacted the hotel and they sent a cleaner - they improved, but didn't completely fix the situation. That resulted in me having to 'leave the key behind the curtain' for the cleaner to use - meaning I didn't feel comfortable leaving all my valuables in the room during the day. The location was good, and perhaps I was just unlucky - but if you do choose to stay here, expect some teething problems that the stylish pictures don't fully make up for.
