ホテル＆スパ ビクトリア ラウバーホーン(Arenas Resort Victoria-Lauberhorn)

The Location is excellent. Just in front of alps at Jungfrau region . The train station is 1 minute walk. Winter season is fantastic It’s has a cozy spa swimming pool which give comfort after whole day tiring trip..

The location was really near the train station (which was great considering we didn’t have to pull our luggage up the hills) with many shops nearby. The service at reception was prompt and friendly (as much as they could be with a whole other group to serve) and the room was great, spacious enough with a lovely balcony view of the cable car up to männlichen and the street below. I only wished the rooms had more USB sockets to charge our devices. While the hotel breakfast was nice, the dinner was ehhh, luckily, there’s alot of bars/restaurants nearby (i recommend mira’s, the steak and lamb was delicious, the server was friendly and if you’re lucky you may get the neighbourhood cat walking up to you). The hotel amenities were great, loved the spa! ((you can see the stars at night, just be sure to wear a jacket and not stupidly stand there in 14 degree weather in me))

Overall, I had a great experience with the Arenas Resort Victoria-Lauberhorn ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean.

Staff very nice, excellent location near train station with stunning view, strong shower

The hotel is very comfortable, the location is perfect near the station . The little downside was that the reception staff was always busy or off duty, so when u need sth u need to queue up. Coffee machine was broken and after we told this to the reception nothing happened. We spent two nights without a coffee machine. A bit sad. Overall a very lovely place

The location is in front of the railway station. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful. The SPA is well equipped. We enjoyed every minute.

It was perfectly located next to the train station (wheelchair accessible) and the rooms had a wonderful view of either the church/town or the valley at Lauterbrunen. The hotel was a bit dated but facilities like the pool were well-maintained. The breakfast spread was amazing.

Hotel was better than expected. Very close to railway station, so because very easy to reach.

Good resort close to Wengen area. Large pool and spa, people was super kind.
