ベイモント、ウィンダム ウィルミントン(Baymont by Wyndham Wilmington)

The room was small. There were no usual amenities such as a coffee pot even and when I called to the front desk to ask about it, the desk clerk was extremely rude to the point of obnoxiousness. I then went to the front desk to cancel my stay and again the clerk was so extremely horrible that I even thought she was going to try to fist fight with me when she smashed open the door to come out to the waiting area screaming and cursing at me about how she wasn't taking this sh.... and how she quit and was walking out because I asked for her name and a receipt that my credit card was being refunded. This was the scariest experience as well as the worst by far

Very nice clean rooms! Fresh baked cookies! Nice hotel staff really enjoyed my stay!

My boyfriend and I visited for me to look for jobs and housing to relocate to Wilmington. We arrived late Thursday night around 11 PM and found that our shower head did not have a holder on the wall, it was just the hose with the shower head dangling in the tub. Friday morning we went out and when we returned our keys did not work, the employee that helped us, however, was very kind and said sometimes it happens and recommended me places to look into living. As we were walking around in our room we noticed that the bottom of our feet and socks were black from the dirty floor. The TV guide listed many channels, however, half of them did not exist. Our last night there was a couple upstairs screaming at each other and we could hear pretty much word for word what they were saying, as well as, slamming of doors. Overall, the employees are very nice but the property is not.

My friend exclaimed "found the first one" when they discovered a cockroach in the room. The room is cheap and it looks it. The way the staff interacts with you is kind of off. They aren't really courteous. They don't make you feel welcome to be staying there.

Smoking area we we liked but could have been cleaner. Floors were filthy, in motel room, where that had not been mopped and cleaned in a while, if ever. There was a weird musty smell that you had to get used to. On a scale of 1 to ten, I would have to give it 3. The neighborhood seemed a little rough also.

Rooms were not fully clean. Had muddy foot prints on the floor and the room itself was not as presentable as I wanted.

Bathroom light don’t work the door is not closing right the bathroom is dirty. The bed is really uncomfortable.

Staff not so friendly. Cleanliness not the best. Room floors filthy, bathrooms 2/10. Toliet seat broken, bathroom vent broken, exterior felt unsafe. Lot of *****, and in and out movement from nearby rooms. Stay away from this location.

So we stayed here for one night 1st off there was some man sleeping on his truck in the parking lot. A bunch of be hanging out on the deck area in front of the rooms drinking Police where called out here . The room is disgusting. The bath tub had mold growing around it. The floor makes your white socks black and looks like it has not been mopped since the floor was out down. It is on a horrible location with people in and out of the parking lot and also there are people who live in some of the rooms. $105 for one night never again
