Super 8 by Wyndham Windsor/Dougall

The location was convenient with a lot of shops in the area. The staffs were helpful and the breakfast was good. They had a gym but did not use it. I made use of the laundry service coin operated. The room were clean and tidy and would recommend to stay here. I felt comfortable and I enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Conveniently located within walking distance to shops in the area and places I needed to go to. Staffs are friendly and nice. Great place to stay.

This is an old motel with very few upgrades.Situated in a seedy part of town we were worried about security. Took forever to check in and rooms had been paid for in advance. Young hot rod drivers screeching tires and tearing out of the parking lot a lot if the night. They put a family of at least 5 above us and they stomped and ran around half the night. Pick somewhere else to stay!

There was a major draft coming in from the door, the toiletries were half used, the mirrors were dirty, the mattress was really hard and the outer areas and stairwells were filthy

Manager intentionally attemped to wait on the guest behind me in line, even though I had been standing in line for 15 minutes before the other guest arrived. Was also given the incorrect room, 2 double beds rather than 1 queen, even though I booked a week in advance. Terrible service.

This property is very basic , however it is very clean to put your head down for one night . As the name suggests it’s not a luxury motel but it is perfectly adequate as a stopover coming back from Detroit airport and I would stay here again as it it is clean and the front desk staff are very efficient and polite.

Breakfast was mediocre. Room needed patch & paint. Grounds were also in need of attention. Room was clean & spacious. Bed was excellent. Staff very friendly & accommodating.

Carpet in room is in terrible shape, bring flip flops or slippers if you do not want to wear your shoes in the room. Walls are very thin. People in next room were arguing/fighting and we could hear every word. Lots of updates required. Door looks like it's been kicked a bunch of times. Walls around the door are scuffed and very rough. Didn't stay the night. Will not book here again.
