Rooms Apart Hotel Yerevan（ルームス アパート ホテル エレバン）

I stayed here with my family in October. As 6 adults, we booked one studio room and one two-bedroom room. It is such a comfortable and modern hotel! We loved having the small kitchen/seating area, so that we could all gather and have breakfast or snacks together. Usually, hotel rooms really only have beds, so these were great apar**ent-style rooms. Very convenient location as well, since it's right by Vernissage, near Republic Square, and walkable to many other parts of Yerevan.

High quality hotel rooms and service. Location - the very center of Yerevan, 2 minutes from Republic Square. This property is ok for both business and leisure. Everything you need for stay can be found in the room and bathroom. The staff helps with restaurant reservations, gives explanations on excursions and shops. The room is decorated in a designer loft style. WiFi quality is excellent. The room has a safe, TV, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Many rooms have a balcony,

Location is fine. Walking distance from Republic Square metro, Vernissage. The hotel is located in an apar**ent building, Entrance was along the alleyway. Room design is simple and modern. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. They offered breakfast and housekeeping service, but we didn't opt for either as there is a washing machine and induction stove available in the room. Bottled water and laundry hanger are available upon request. There's a bidet spray for my fellow bidet users. The receptionist (Sahak) was fluent in English, polite and helpful. He helped to check the stove when we had problems with it & it got resolved after that.

The staff were very polite, pleasant and very helpful. Although I would rate the hotel condition as 3-3.5 star, the service and staff are 6 stars! The location is also 6 star.

This is a completely adequate hotel with all the basics you need... Friendly and attentive staff, very clean and comfortable rooms✨ Located near the metro. Recommend for family travelers. Value for money and here is good 😊
