I had a room on 13th floor with great views of Mount Ararat. Comfy and spacious and clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff too. Hotel on edge of river gorge but within walking distance of many central attractions. Free WiFi. We didn’t eat here other than breakfast so can’t comment on food

It was an absolutely lovely and peaceful stay.the staff were so friendly and respectful.the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and we had an amazing view of the church in front of the building.breakfast was delicious with sufficient variety of food.we definitely come back again

Excellent overall stay! The apararment was brilliant and we had an amazing view from floor 12 of the snow covered mountain! We also had the airport transfer which was superb.. highly recommend this hotel

Brief description: Friendly but slow staff, poor breakfast, good atmosphere at bar and pool, moderated room, a bit far from downtown, fair price, basic room service. It is not bad for a short stay, regarding the price.

It was supposed to be 4 star hotel, but our experience was not up to the mark. We were family, but no adjusant rooms were provided. No coffee tea refill on daily basis. Kettles had calcification. Rooms had smoking smell. Our towels were not changed. Breakfast spread was very basic for 4 star. Not recommended

The restaurant staff for the most part were very slow and inattentive.

Very clean, safe and quiet place with nice breakfast for my family and my parents who stayed there for one week. My father loved to walk in the area around hotel going through the downtown for shopping even at nights. So happy about it so we will stay there again for our next trips.

When I visited Armenia we stayed here for 5 days along with my friends! It is a very quiet hotel also a little away from the main city. During our visit the staff was really helpful, only 1-2 staff spoke proper English the others we had to converse with Google translate. They have a good breakfast spread, it is also different every other day i.e., not all the items were the same. We had to request for toiletries every now and then as they seem to forget how many people are there in the room. As I come from a country where we don't know how to use a heater, it would be amazing if they can provide instructions for the same during the winter.

Terrible and rude front office desk, they describe it as 4 star but service provided is of 1 star. -Old worn out bath towels, - request denial for additional hotel amenities. - basic items that are considered essential and standard even in 3 star hotels are non standard here.
