I stayed at the Quality Inn again, for the 3rd time. This time for 17 days, Nov 4th to Nov 21st. I obviously like this hotel; after all, I’ve spent 51 days there in total. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is always efficient and personable. This time, I want to shout out to desk clerk, Tina. I was there for facial surgery, and being I had to be careful about getting water on fresh stiches, I was concerned that I had been booked into a room with no tub, only a shower. (I had rooms with tubs on previous stays and didn’t realize there were rooms with only a shower so didn’t think to request a tub when I booked.) The morning after I checked in, I asked Tina if I could change rooms for one with a tub. The hotel was fully booked, so it looked like it might be a problem. However, within an hour, Tina found me a room where a guest had just checked out and booked me into that room. Yay, Tina!
