全体的にホテルは素晴らしく、鉄道駅から徒歩15分です。バルコニーからはマッターホルンが見えます。洪水のため、シートリップは非常に慎重に問題を解決しました。

ツェルマットの素敵な小さな宿泊施設で、駅からバスで簡単に行くことができます。氷河急行に乗るため、ここには 1 泊だけでしたが、もっと長く滞在したかったです。バルコニー付きのマッターホルンビュー ルームに無料でアップグレードしてもらえました。景色は素晴らしかったです! サービスはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、道路を渡ったところにあるおいしいレストランも勧めてくれました。そのレストランもとてもおいしかったです。素晴らしい朝食で 1 日がスタートしました! ぜひここに泊まることをお勧めします。

強くお勧めします。街まで歩いてすぐです。駅から 20 分です。山の素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。高級レストランが多数近くにあります。スタッフはとても親切で、親切です。早く到着した場合は、荷物を保管する場所があります。部屋はとても快適で清潔です。飲み物は無料で利用できます。私たちの部屋には雪で覆われた大きな共用テラスがありました。とても楽しかったです。素晴らしい景色が見える素敵な待合室。ここはあなたにぴったりの場所です。

Great hotel experience at Hotel Mountain Paradise! Great location within walking distance to the town. Beautiful mountain views from the room. The staff is very nice and helpful. Nice breakfast provided each day with great views of The Matterhorn! Highly recommend!

Loved staying at this hotel. It was so clean and well/kept with a fantastic breakfast, comfortable bedding, friendly and helpful multi-lingual staff, quiet, and with the most wonderful view of the Matterhorn. It is nice to be on the far south side of town and near the lift to Furi (although it is a far but pleasant walk from the train station all the way across town). Breakfast buffet had incredible food and lounge area showing mountaintop conditions on big screen. There were ski racks, sauna, and steam bath available. The balcony was fantastic. Even the pillows were soft and comfortable for a wonderful nights sleep with our door cracked to let in the mountain air!

A three star hotel with 5 star accommodations and view Simply magnificent I have a perfect view from my room and my balcony of the Matterhorn Amazing Hotel Conditions are impeccable, staff is gracious helpful and accommodating A lesson in hospitality. Only one downside, it is on fringe of commercial area so free bus or taxi are a must to downtown but skiing is just is Literally just meters away Go and enjoy

We stayed just one night at the Hotel Mountain Paradise. I wish we had planned for 2 nights. To begin with, its kinda uphill walk from the train station but landed to nice, calming, and clean place. One can look at the bus schedule which has a stop right in front of the hotel. Taxi may charge 24/26 CHF. We were warmly welcome by Daniel who helped us with all the information I needed. The room was quite spacious, clean and the bathroom was decent size. Beyond everything the View of Matterhorn from our huge patio was spectacular. There’s a Sauna and steam room but we didn’t use it. Nice comforting Breakfast was in addition!. You can also pack a sandwich for a nominal charge. Daniel also helped us buying hiking poles from a sports store. Overall a warm, cozy stay with no frills and away from the chaos.

My family stayed at the hotel just after Christmas for a 7 evening stay. We were placed on the 4th floor and had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn from our room. The staff at the hotel were excellent and were always there to help during normal business hours. The rate we had provided breakfast which was typical European with breads, cheeses, and meats. The hotel is located very close to the red line bus stop and also close to the gondola that goes up to glacier paradise. It was about .7 miles away from town which was nice since it was quiet compared to the town area. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Zermatt.

Hotel in posizione tranquilla, con vista spettacolare sul Cervino. Staff fantastico, sempre carini e gentili, molto disponibili a soddisfare la nostra richiesta di un letto matrimoniale. Colazione ottima, con vista attraverso la grande vetrata. Si possono trovare uova sode, salumi e formaggio, diversi tipi di yogurt e pane, macedonia di frutta, croissant, e tanto altro. La nostra camera era confortevole e luminosa, dotata di comodo balcone. Fermata del bus gratuito per/dalla stazione (e il centro di Zermatt) a 20 passi dall'hotel. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e animali ammessi.
