ホテルの美しさは良くありません 地上からエレベーターでフロントまでエレベーターのドアは完全にガラスで、外の景色を見ることができます。 フロントデスクのウェイターのサービスはとても良く、親切で熱心です。 部屋の大きさは適度で、デザインは斬新です。 美中不足はスパを試用していない とても良い経験、次回は必ず滞在します。

バルコニーにとても満足しています。フロントデスクはマッターホルンを見ることができます。フロントデスクはとても親密で、部屋に届けられます。また、さまざまな説明も詳しく紹介されています。特別なウェルカムカードがあります。設備は完璧です。冷蔵庫には、写真を撮ったりパンチしたりできるマッターホルンと同じチョコレートもあります。様な商店街に出かけるのにとても便利です

We had a great time at this resort. If you are going up the mountain the train and the bus is very close. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic! I would defentenly go back!

Outstanding hotel in Zermatt! Located close to the train station and Gornergrat railway, so very convenient for skiing. We stayed in the basement where we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room. There was full easy access to the wonderful spa, with a large, heated pool, jacuzzi, onsen, sauna, steam room, and relaxation rooms. Breakfast was excellent, and there was a nice complimentary tea service in the lobby in the afternoon. The airline lost our ski bag, and Carla at the front desk was the best. She made at least a dozen phone calls to the courier service and local taxi company to help locate our skis. Would definitely give the highest recommendation for this hotel.

Great staff, and wonderful breakfast. We also took advantage of the special fondue dinner there. Storage space for boots and skis was well planned and very convenient to access the town's free bus system. Happy hour there was very nice and great drinks.

We stayed at the Alpen Resort hotel in July 2023 for two weeks. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The view of the Matterhorn from our balcony was fabulous. From start to finish, all of the staff could not do enough for us. Everyone was so friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, with cold and warm options and the four course dinner each evening was delcious. The restaurant staff were always friendly and curteous. After a long day walking or biking in the truly amazing mountains of Zermatt, the spa facilities were a delight. The pool, steam room and outdoor whirlpool were wonderful and always spotlessly clean. We would defintely stay at the Alpen Report hotel again. Zermatt is a truly magical and spectacular place and this hotel is a perfect location to base yourself to enjoy all of its wonders. The location is excellent - close to the station but nicely tucked away in a quiet location but with everything you need close by. 素敵な滞在!マトホルンビュースイートがあり、とても綺麗でした!受付係もツェルマットでできることを案内してくれてとても親切でした! ただし、レセプションは午後10時までしか行われないことに注意する必要があります。実際に記載されていますが、読んでいなかったので、午後11時にツェルマット駅に到着したとき、少しパニックになりました。タクシーは私自身の費用で降ろし、3人と荷物は18chfで、午後10時以降は無料タクシーを提供しません。また、10時以降はエントランスドアが閉まり、ドアが開き、チェックインのためにカウンターに手紙が残されたままにしました。 朝食の場所もマッターホルンを見下ろし、とてもきれいです。 1泊だけでしたが、そこでの滞在を本当に楽しんだ!
