Everything was great except I booked this hotel specifically because they said they had onsite parking. I messaged them on more than one occasion to confirm that I was booked in for the parking but no one got back to me. When I arrived and asked about the parking, they said “oh I’m sorry we’re fully booked up”. So I was very upset about that - but what can you do? I ended up driving around for two hours until I finally found a parking lot with space, it cost me a fortune and I had to hike across a bridge and down a ways in the freezing rain and cold back to the hotel. So that put a damper on things (no pun intended). But if you don’t need parking, the hotel is fantastic! And if you do need parking on site - make sure you get confirmation about your booking before you confirm your stay, especially if you’re paying a non refundable rate. All part of the adventure I suppose!
