3泊2日滞在しました。女性のオーナーはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。有料の食事は彼女自身とスタッフのチームが用意してくれましたが、私にとってはかなり美味しいものでした。彼女はハルビンから雪谷、雪谷から雪の町への交通手段を手配してくれました。料金的にはかなり手頃だと思います。上記の交通費の合計は360人民元でした。彼女の家から五松嶺まで無料のフェリーがあり、そこでは冬のゲームやスキー体験ができますが、それほど大きくはありません。彼女の家から150メートルほどのところで、毎日午後6時30分にミニパフォーマンスが行われ、時間をつぶすことができます。全体的に良い経験でした。

Auntie and Uncle so kind, they’ve arranged everything for us, and look after us very well, they did everything possible to ensure our stay was enjoyable and yes! It was. The best guesthouse I have ever stayed in. The best host, the best service, the best hospitality! This place is highly recommended, you won’t regret booking here. The price is incomparable with the service you received. The room says it comes with breakfast but we ate their food all the time😅(breakfast, lunch, teatime, dinner). Free flow of fruits, hot water, you can use their kitchen to cook. It made us feel home its like going back to your grandparents house. The host offered us to sleep in the other room and leave our luggage in the original room just because our window handle was broken and the room gets colder at night but we refused because we didn’t want to trouble the host for a small minor issues. Plus the blanket was so thick we slept like a baby. We were out of our budget to go for the mountain’s activities plus it was extremely cold, and the host took us out to try various outdoor games like sliding, tubing, and games that I didn’t even know what they are called and all these are for free! My friend’s boots were mistakenly worn by other guest who just left and the host drove my friend off to chase the bus and search for the boots, so responsible! We ate lots of their food and they only charged 10yuan for 2 people (so cheap!) and by the time I wanted to pay, I didn’t have small change and took out 100yuan, the host immediately refused to take the money and said “no need”. I felt like crying instantly as to how kind this host is and this really touched our hearts. We wish to comeback in the future and stay longer!

Love staying at xiaoheimei inn. Room is clean and good. Owner is helpful and friendly. Food served is delicious. They even prepare free breakfast for us early in the morning around 6.30am as we are leaving to harbin by 7am bus. Will stay there again for our next visit

My family and I had an exceptionally satisfied stay and absolutely enjoy every minute of my time in the house. Snow Valley is quiet and laid back, a place excellent for relaxing. I am extremely fortunate to have found this place as we spent many hours in the house. It is not far from the Main Street and away from the loud music performance stage. We also had several meals at their place. The food are homely and comforting, definitely a local touch. The owners and family are super welcoming and extremely helpful. They facilitated with all bookings (activities and transport). Everything was easily communicated and arranged. The place is clean and warm, the beds and floor heats up at night. There is hot shower and all toiletries (you can request for a small towel if you’ve forgot one). They brought us on tour and even provided photos and videos using 360 camera and drone. Impressed by 姐夫 (sister-in-law) photography skills in the cold -20 degreeC! The views and service were amazing and impressive. Grateful for their warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place!

สะอาด อุ่น เงียบสงบ ไม่พลุกพล่าน เดินไปตรงถนนคนเดินไกลนิดนึง ถ้าหนาวคือเดินไม่ไหว อาหารเช้าน้อยมาก มีแต่แป้ง ข้าวต้ม หมั่นโถว ไข่ ผักดอง ไม่มีเนื้อสัตว์เลย ส่วนอาหารที่สั่งกับ รร อร่อยดี กัวเปาโร่ว หมูทอดอร่อยมาก เกี๊ยวอร่อย ราคาไม่แพง โรงแรมไม่มีน้ำให้นะ แต่มีขายขวดละ 2 หยวน ผ้าเช็ดตัวเป็นแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง บางๆ อันนี้ขอเพิ่มได้ถ้าขาด อยู่ 2 คืนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดให้ ที่พักบริการดีมาก ช่วยเหลือดี ติดต่อรถรับส่งหรือไปอูซงหลิงกับทาง รร ได้เลย รร จะจัดการให้หมดค่ะ

Хочу поделиться не просто отзывом, а огромной благодарностью и самыми светлыми впечатлениями от моего пребывания в этом замечательном отеле! Это не просто место для ночлега, это место, где чувствуешь себя как дома, только в сто раз лучше. Отдельно и самыми огромными буквами хочу выделить Нину - владелицу этого чуда. Нина - это солнце этого отеля! Такого вежливого, доброго и позитивного человека редко где встретишь! Она не просто администратор, она настоящая хозяйка, которая встречает каждого гостя с распростёртыми объятиями и самой тёплой улыбкой. Нина всегда готова помочь: везде подскажет, всё расскажет, посоветует лучшие места в городе и поможет решить любой вопрос. Так же у нее есть милейшая собака! Общение с ней заряжает позитивом на весь день! Спасибо вам огромное за ваше гостеприимство! Однозначно рекомендую этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку в Хэйхэ! Вы не просто найдёте место для отдыха, вы обретёте уголок душевного тепла и познакомитесь с удивительным человеком! Обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова в следующую поездку! Спасибо за всё! Это был идеальный отпуск, жаль что всего на 3 дня :3

The landlord lady very nice and helpful, I asked she so many things and she always answers me and find solutions also help me book car, and milktea 🤣 The room was expressive and traditional “Dongbei” flowers, beautiful and warm, big window with snow views outside. Also many traditional costumes for us to wear (8 people), nearby has a hot spring with the awesome owners, invited us beer for first day of the year 😍 Bathroom is clean and big.

A Last-Minute Booking That Became the Best Decision This trip was quite a spontaneous one, and I spent a lot of time choosing the right place to stay before finally deciding on this one. Many people told me that Snow Valley wasn’t worth visiting, that there wasn’t much to see or do—but I felt like I had to come. And I’m so glad I did. The main reason I chose this place was because I absolutely loved the room and the view. However, leading up to the trip, I had a lot of concerns—Would the village be closed? Would the snow have melted? Would there still be activities to do? So many questions ran through my mind, especially since I was traveling near the end of the season. But the owner of the accommodation was incredibly reassuring, answering all my questions honestly and making me feel much more at ease. I arrived in the evening, and although the journey was a bit dark and quiet with not many tourists around, the warm welcome I received made up for everything. The owner and their family were beyond wonderful—so kind and genuine that words can’t fully capture how I felt. You really have to come and experience it for yourself. The next morning, I had booked an activity at Wu Song Ling, and once again, the family took such great care of me. I already know I’ll be coming back, again and again. I regret that I was so caught up in the beautiful lights and atmosphere of the hotel that I completely forgot to take photos. But next time, I’ll visit during peak season and make sure to capture every moment. Thank you so much to everyone for the amazing hospitality. Breakfast was delicious, though I woke up late and didn’t have much time to enjoy it. I truly regret staying for just one night—next time, I won’t make the same mistake. I’ll definitely stay longer!

The homestay was awesome. The owners will reach out beforehand to arrange for a transport. They will always check on you to make sure you are comfortable and have a pleasant stay.You can take a bus or a car depending on your budget. The homestay is pretty new. With a smart toilet and a large traditional Kang bed. The bed itself is like a tatami bed so it may be hard for some to get used to this bed. Breakfast was pretty much the same for us Muslim, porridge, scrambled eggs, and mantou bread. It is best to bring your own food when you are at Snow Valley as there is no halal food there. The owners will arrange the trip up to Bear Mountain at 400 yuan per pax, you can play the snow, snow mobile, banana boat ride or skiing and take lots of pictures up there. Please remember to bring some cash for this mountain trip as they don't accept online payment. Back at the homestay, we had bonfire, firework's and karaoke if you were up to it. You can also visit Snow town for a day trip which will be arranged by the owners. I think it is much better to stay at the Snow Valley as it is more quiet and you can enjoy the scenery and slow life there. 🥰🥰🥰
