Comfortable and Modern Stay
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The design was simple yet modern, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-maintained, featuring a spacious and comfortable bed. ホテルはカーディフ駅から徒歩わずか10分、カーディフ城にも非常に近いという絶好のロケーションです。スタッフに尋ねたところ、400年以上の歴史を持つホテルだと教えてくれました。かつてはカーディフ城へ続く地下道がありましたが、2014年のNATOキャッスルディナーを最後に閉鎖されました。ホテルの外観は古城を彷彿とさせ、ミニエレベーターはまるでタイムスリップしたかのような感覚を味わえます。朝食も美味しく、無料の荷物預かりサービスも受けられます。

私たちは本当に何を期待するかわからないままロイヤルホテルに行きました。
素敵な建物に囲まれています。建築は美しいです。
ホテルは奇妙な方法で設定されていますが、それがキャラクターを追加すると思います。 1階に入り、2階を上ってレセプションへ。そこには無料の紅茶とコーヒーを提供する小さなバーがあります。
階段を下りたスラグとレタスが、キーカードを見せると20%の割引が受けられます。
スタッフは本当にフレンドリーで、地元のことについてよく知っています。
場所は良いですし、私たちは4階にいたので、下の通りの騒音を聞くことができませんでした。
部屋は大丈夫だった。お茶とコーヒーが入った部屋のエアコン。
今、私が節約してきた2つの素晴らしいポイント....!!
1.シャワー!台風に座ったようなことを教えてあげましょう。カディフは明らかに水圧に問題はありません!
2.ベッド、豪華で、とてもぐっすり眠れました!私たちの家にはこのベッドが必要です!

The check-in, check out process is automatic using a code. There isn't anyone around that you can reach when you need. The check-out time is 10:00 AM and if you're outside at that time you cannot re-enter to the building or your room if you were at the toilet, shower etc at 10:00. Sent e-mails through trip.com as well as to their regular e-mails address never got replies. There is no chance of leaving your bag if you'd like to discover the city, I had to carry my luggage with me all day after check-out and got soaked because of the rain together with my luggage. In my second visit, by paying a double of what I paid here I stayed at Marriott and worth every penny.

Great hotel not far from the red dragon centre. About a 8 min walk to the Millenium Centre. Rooms were clean and there is a bar and resturant.
Rooms were tidy and clean with a decent amount of space.

高評価だったので予約しましたが、実際の滞在は理想とは程遠いものでした。
立地は最高です。駅まで徒歩1分、バスターミナルもすぐ隣にあります。ミレニアムセンターやカーディフ湾まで30分、城やショッピング街（飲食店街）まで徒歩10分です。
部屋はとても狭く、荷物置き棚もなかったので、20インチの機内持ち込み用スーツケース2つを床に置かなければならず、スペースを占領してしまい、移動が非常に困難でした。

Excellent hotel at this price, perfect location, 2 mins walk to the market, 8minutes walk to Cardiff Castle. Several arcades with nice stores nearby. Will definitely recommend to my friends!

This was a lovely room! Didn't have its own bathroom which I wasn't expecting but I think that's just me not really reading the listing! The person who checked me in was lovely and the room was warm and decorated nicely. Thanks!

The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from Cardiff Central Station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The room is spacious but simple. The decor is a bit dated too. You would expect it’s like a Premier Inn. All in all, it justified its price and the location is convenient.

ゲゲスト家族と私はホテルの設備、特にサウナ付きの屋内プールを楽しみました👍、レストランは本当に素敵な環境で、食事もおいしいです。
シャワージェル、シャンプー、ハンドウォッシュのバンドはとても素敵で、いい香りがしました💖
しかし残念なことに、私たちの部屋のエアコンは制御不能で、ホテルの部屋では扇風機しか使っていません🤯旅行中に期待できません😅
バスルームには浴槽がありますが、栓がされていません。フロントに頼みたいのですが、スタッフは翌日のメンテナンス訪問を手配すると言ってくれましたが、ノーショーでした。
たまに起こることだと思います。ホテルは素敵で、場所も良いです。

AAniwithluiI stayed here for a business trip for one week. The room seemed to be clean but it is so dark that you can’t really tell if it is clean or not. That’s actually an issue - the lightening is bad. I couldn’t really work in the room since it had only a yellow ambient lightening and not a normal main source of light. The bathroom can be slightly cold if you don’t leave the door open so that warm air from the A/C can enter. It is shameful that they don’t have a breakfast included, especially for long stays in the hotel which is not so cheap and out of the center… at least one small sandwich would make things better, but nop 👎🏼. Another thing is that the area is not very nice. Unless you have to do something in that area, i don’t recommend you to stay. I was even told by taxi drivers to not walk around alone after it gets dark. Before I knew that, I did take a walk and it really felt a bit unsafe. The staff was ok, I didn’t have much contact with them. Only had an incident when I arrived - they couldn’t find me in their system (it was booked under other name by mistake but I actually changed it a week before arrival so I don’t know why they didn’t have updated information). There is a small gym, but almost all machines, except one, are for cardio exercises. Almost no restaurants or shops in the area.

Tthe travelling brummieBest hotel I've been to so far all the staff day/night was well mannered happy helpful joyful staff from reception to dinning down to the cleaners all have above and beyond with my stay from the moment I arrived made me feel equal as im disabled the lift access was easy to use helpful with my luggage straight away no waiting around reception was brilliant excellent communication got my room card really quickly no waiting around 3 lifts so plenty of access to floors my room was beautiful spacious easy access with quick card entrance with electric door just swap and the door opens for you with one press button to exit bathroom has all disabled access toilet bars shower seat with arm rests your able to move from side to side which helps getting to dry floor food was amazing from breakfast buffet massive selection you got to try the mixed fruit juices red and green flavour explosion have your great British fry up with a croissant and cappuccino for afters even had reserved table with easy access with out asking help with service if you want your breakfast brought too your room i highly recommend you stay in the Leonardo hotel for best stay on what ever your needs great tourist's while on your stay you have to visit the castle

ZZo_e1781か月前に家族と一緒にここに来ましたが、とても感動しました。素晴らしい素晴らしいスタッフ。レセプションの女性はフレンドリーで親切で、特に眼鏡をかけた赤い頭が親切でした。エレベーターで会ったシェフの一人も素敵で歓迎してくれました。トイレットペーパーがなくなりました。便利なことに、清掃スタッフの一人が近くにいて、喜んで私たちを助けてくれました。部屋は清潔で、とてもよく装飾されていました。私たちはバスルームのステレオが大好きで、これを初めて見たのでとても面白かったです。提供されているバスウォッシュとシャンプーは素晴らしかったです。受付で何か買えばよかった。これを誰にでも強くお勧めします。
ただし、小さな問題が 1 つありました。私たちは朝食を午前9時30分に予約しましたが、そこに30分しかいなかった後、すぐに閉店して物事を片付けると言われました。私たちが温かい朝食を受け取ったとき、ほとんどの人が去っていったので、私たちが最後のテーブルにいたと思います。私たちは少し気まずくて気分が悪かったので、急いで朝食をとりました。希望はレセプションで言われましたが、2日目に時間を早めに変更し、問題はありませんでした。

ゲゲストI really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out.
However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them.
Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion.
Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests.
