イギリススウォンジーで、駐車場のあるホテル

私たちはこのホテルに何度も滞在しましたが、今ではいくつかの改修が必要です。 寝室やバスルームなど、すべてが疲れているように見えます。 湖を見下ろすスーペリアルームがありましたが、窓が1つ完全に蒸されて景色の一部が遮られました。 トイレが適切に洗い流されず、廊下はすべて汚れています。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、朝食は素晴らしいです。たくさんの選択肢。 駐車場は簡単 良い点がたくさんあります。 TLC が必要です

a wonderful stay in ibis Swansea this time, the staff at front desk was warmly to provide suffiency info of breakfast, dinner etc.

Hotel on the beach - courteous reception staff. Rooms are clean. Some rooms do not have safe box - some rooms do not have min fridge. No gym no swimming pool no spa. Basically this is 3 to 3.5 star hotel. I do not know why classified as 4 star hotel. The breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly and polite. Specially the lovely old lady. There is no salad on breakfast. The cold meat and cheese corner should contain more varieties. There is only one cheese item and for the cold meat only one ”ham” item.

素敵なホテル、フレンドリー スタッフがたくさん駐車場を完備 素敵なバー 食べ物の選択肢があまりない 朝食と残念な縞模様のベーコン（調理しすぎ）は適切なバックベーコンソーセージではなく乾燥しています。

車のない人に適しています。車がないとこの環境を選択することはできませんが、ちょうど外に出て、女性に会いました。私のドアの前に、夜に戻って、ホテルの外の駐車場に座っているのを見ました。サービスは丁寧で、部屋はきれいです。部屋のソファにビスケットが残っています。

Location super great! Bars are in walking distance but away enough from the facility so that cause no noise. Staff is very friendly. The shared bathroom is not very clean. But it is not the staff to blame. It is caused by some guests who do not exploit the facilities properly, like throwing paper napkins into the sink, taking shower without closing the glass shield or not flushing after using the toilet. Print out and put up some instructions would be helpful.

Location is good. Right next to the train station and paid car park. However, the noise is unacceptably loud during the night time, even with the double-glazed windows. Motorcycles and teens make the whole night a nightmare. The room is big with however a tiny TV. Free WIFI. The cleanliness is fair, but can be better.

話が長くなるので、予算に余裕があれば慎重に選んでください。おそらく長い間人がいなかったのでしょう。エアコンが壊れていました。ルームサービスにヒーターを頼みましたが、それでも寒かったです。別のヒーターを頼まなければならず、部屋が暖かくなるまで数時間かかりました。シャワーの水圧が非常に低く、シャワーを浴びる体験と気分に影響を与えました。ドアの鍵が壊れていたので、テーブルを移動させてドアを塞ぐ必要がありました。😢 唯一の救いはフロントデスクのサービスでした。1時間以上早く到着したのですが、親切なスタッフが早めにチェックインを手伝ってくれ、リクエスト通り最上階の素晴らしい景色の部屋を用意してくれました。ヒーターを2回も部屋に持ってきてくれました。チェックアウトの際、フロントデスクのスタッフは荷物を保管するのにとても親切でした。 部屋はすぐに改装して新しくする必要があります！😥

This is the perfect spot in Swansea. The staff are lovely, the rooms are quiet and clean, and it’s walking distance to the coach station. It’s on a street with lots of bars and restaurants and there are 4 supermarkets in walking distance. Highly Recommend.
