Отель приятный, комфортный, но рекомендую толко для любителей погулять всю ночь. Пьяные гости орут до утра, хотя шумоизоляция в номере неплохая, благодаря которой с берушами в ушах я хоть немного спала, по сравнению с предыдущим отелем, не будем уточнять его название )).
Интернет хороший, а вот с кондиционером что не так, я не поняла. Поскольку пульт от кондиционера присутствовал в номере, но кондиционер я включить не смогла. Если он платный, администрация отеля обязана сообщить об этом на сайтах бронирования.
Мой номер был на нулевом этаже, прямых солнечных лучей в номер не попадает, поэтому жарко в номере не было, поэтому кондиционер мне был не нужен, поскольку лично мне было комфортно. Рекомендую потенциальным гостям уточнять данную информацию у администрации отеля, поскольку кондиционер на Крите может стоить до 10 евро в сутки. Интернет хороший, сантехника отличная. Номер просторный, очень стильный. Не хватило в кухне мочалки, разделочной доски и моющего средства (для любителей готовить). Я думаю, хозяин отеля должен позаботиться о такой мелочи, поскольку должен быть заинтересован в поддержании порядка в своих номерах.

Hotel’sのスタッフは本当にフレンドリーで親切です。ホテルはかなり新しく、私たちが支払った価格に値します。場所は町から車ですぐで、近くに飲食店もあります。
朝食のスプレッドは良く、屋上のテラスは眺めがよい。部屋は広めでベッドも快適。でも荷物置き場でできる。

Capsis Astoria is a great hotel centrally located in Heraklion. The rooms are comfortable and we liked our balcony. The rooftop pool is amazing with a full service bar and plenty of different types of seating and views of the city and sea in the distance. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the road from the hop on hop off bus, airport bus, museum and many restaurants and bars down the alleys.

Из трёх отелей, в которых я побывала за неделю на Крите, этот отель самый спокойный, может быть потому что он находится не рядом с центром и молодых людей немного.
Номер хороший, но мне, однако, не повезло с расположением номера. Мой балкон находился прямо над лестницей. Я не могла спокойно поесть, поскольку люди постоянно выходили из своих номеров или заходили в них. Я ужила как-будто прямо в уличном кафе., вообщем, мне не хватило приватности, и из-за такого расположения номера я слышала всех кто пользовался лестницей. Думаю, те номера которые выходят на другую сторону, более тихие. Территория отеля прекрасна! В окружении гор, по которым мирно гуляют горные козлики. Интернет и кондиционер абсолютно бесплатны, в отличие от других отелей на Крите. Кстати, многие владельцы отелей на Крите не указывают информацию на сайтах бронирования отелей о платном кондиционере, сейфе и интернете. Здесь же все эти услуги бесплатны. Кровать и подушечки просто супер, за это отдельное спасибо администрации отеля. В кухне есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи !!! Есть даже мочалка, моющее средство для посуды и кухонное полотенце, что является редкостью не только для Крита но и других районов Греции. За это тоже большое спасибо!
Вообщем, отличный отель! Рекомендую людям, которые ищут тишины и уединения с природой!

AAnastasia123私はここに母と一晩滞在し、私たち二人ともとても感動しました。お金の価値は素晴らしく、部屋は実際に私の期待を上回りました写真よりも現実の生活でさらに良く見えました。窓から美しい景色が見え、場所は完璧でした。静かですが、ビーチまで徒歩わずか2分です。ハニア行きのバス停も同じです。
スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで丁寧で親切で、とても歓迎してくれました。部屋はバスルームと同様にきれいで、必要なものがすべて揃っていました。キッチンと広としたバルコニーが完備された小さなアパートのように感じられ、時間を過ごすのが本当に楽しかったです。
私たちはそれがとても好きで、滞在を延長したいと思っていましたが、残念ながら部屋はすでに私たちの日付のために完全に予約されていました。全体的に、素晴らしい経験と私が間違いなくお勧めする場所です。

ゲゲストWe stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing.
The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon.
One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it.
What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen.
The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked.
The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort.
Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas.

ゲゲストIt was not peak season, maybe because of that staffs were not so prepared. I waited long time for the pick up from the reception to the hotel room, same for when I tried to ask for an umbrella and other information. Staffs seemed always busy talking on the phone or with each other. My door had some problems , you need some skills to open it, the shuttle bus driver spent five minutes opening it.
Staffs in the restaurants were friendly, fairly speaking, the buffet restaurant was quite nice, catering diverse and delicious food.
The seafood restaurant served a set menu, for which I held high expectations since I was only allowed to replace one buffet dinner for a la cart restaurant. Food itself was fair, albeit overseasoned( to me was too salty), and two or three dishes will be served at the same time and honestly they were not even hot.
Room service was very efficient and the room was always clean. Private pool was nice, thought it was cold and windy now. So check the weather before going, sunny days and rainy ones are totally different experience. Hotel beach was beautiful, but again, I didn’t get my Paloma cocktail after waiting for half an hour.
They provided interesting shows in the evening , I pitifully missed it but you need to have a look, performer are quite passionate.
And about transportation, you can choose either hotel’s pickup that is expensive but convenient, or the local bus ( i chose KTEL, it’s very comfortable but please check the timetable on the website). This place is distant to everywhere, you can use a nearby supermarket that has everything at a fair price. If possible, you’d better rent a car, which could significantly improve your experience .
I didn’t enjoy myself this time, somehow because of my personal affairs, hopefully you have a good time there!

サントリーニ島へのツアーに行きましたが、帰り道にフェリーボートが遅れました。私たちのガイドはホテルに電話して、私たちのために遅い夕食を求め、ホテルは彼らが提供すると言いました。
私たちがホテルに到着したとき、彼らは私たちの食べ物を部屋のドアの近くに床に置いたのを見ました。
私は間違っていました(私は推測します)私は「私の部屋を構成します」と言うことをしたいのですが、私は間違った側を選び、「邪魔しないでください」とそこに置きました。

ゲゲストThe hotel is in a great location to the town and the staff were very friendly.
I would not recommend the standard room as it was extremely small and felt claustrophobic, we did try to upgrade the day we got there but they were unfortunately fully booked, as a couple with two suitcases there was no room whatsoever and very limited hanging space so had to leave the suitcases open on the floor and climb over them to get around.
The air con had mould growing out of it and left the room smelling awful.
We were also only given two towels which are only changed once every three days, it would have been nice to get a hand towel so you aren't using the one towel for everything. This is also the case for pool towels they are only changed once every three days.
I think the hotel would benefit from an overall refresh, painting etc and the pool to be cleaned more often, although the water was clear there was green mould build up around the sides as well as the white pool loungers.
I would not say that our room was 4 stars but that may have been based on the bigger rooms that are available.

CCourtneyOur stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day. Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here.
Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special.
Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth.
I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

ААнастасія ГлавацькаToday, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.
