立地は良くて観光地は徒歩圏内です。 無料の朝食がドミトリーとは思えないくらい豪華でありがたかったです。 ウォーターサーバーもあります。 ドライヤーはフロントで貸し出し チェックアウト後、荷物預けるのはロッカーを使わないと行けないので料金発生します。

設備: 良い、ベッドはとても快適で大きい。 衛生状態：良好。 環境：とても良いです。 サービス：良いですが、サービススタッフは少し無関心でした。 場所は川の南側でポルトの中心部でもありますが、交通の便はあまり良くありません。下り坂で、ずっと上り坂を歩くのはかなり疲れるので、高齢者が最初にここを検討することはお勧めできません。しかし、値段を考えるとコストパフォーマンスが高く、ベッドの寝心地もよく、広さもヨーロッパの中では比較的大きいと思います。将来ポルトに来る機会があれば検討します。

デザイン性とセンスのあるホテルです。徒歩では少し距離がありますが、専用の無料駐車場があるので車でのアクセスも便利です。部屋もとても綺麗で設備も充実しています。ホテルのサービスもとても良く、フロントのスタッフもとても熱心で、質問にも丁寧に答えてくれます。全体として、このホテルは非常に費用対効果が高く、強くお勧めします。

立地は最高ですが、タクシーは玄関まで来られないため、荷物を持って少し歩く必要があります（ホテルは歩行者専用路地にあります）。 中心部にあるためか、部屋は少し狭かったです（スペインでは広い部屋に慣れているのですが）。 その他はすべて素晴らしいです。

Our experience at Marquês Garden was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. This beautiful hotel, housed in a charming 124-year-old building, is full of character, history and elegance. Every detail makes it a special place to stay. Our suite was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably maintained, with lovely views overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall quality of the facilities and service exceeded our expectations. However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly welcoming, kind, attentive and professional. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. We would particularly like to highlight an extraordinary gesture from one of the gentlemen working at reception. Yesterday, we accidentally left a bag containing personal belongings and gifts for our family back home in Mallorca at a restaurant called San Valentim, in Matosinhos. When we explained what had happened, the gentleman at reception immediately took charge of the situation. He personally contacted the restaurant, arranged an Uber to collect our forgotten bag and organised its safe return to the hotel. He went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, showing remarkable kindness, professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. This is what true hospitality looks like. It is relatively easy to find a beautiful hotel, but finding a beautiful hotel with people who genuinely care about their guests is something truly special. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful experience and, above all, for the exceptional treatment we received. We wholeheartedly recommend Marquês Garden to anyone visiting Porto. Last year I had the most wonderful stay at Menina Colina, and was excited to return. Unfortunately I now wish I had reserved elsewhere, as it has been nothing but a disappointment. Prices are so much higher than a year ago, but I thought I got what was a good deal on the garden room. Turns out it is greatly overpriced for what is offered, as it has none of the exquisite design or attention to detail that the interior rooms have. It also seems to be neglected in terms of maintenance. The coffee machine was leaking, and after reporting it, it was made out to be my fault as I was using it incorrectly. I had to physically show a member of staff the leaked water for them to agree to replace it. I was really annoyed that they felt that they needed to demonstrate to me how it works rather than just replacing it immediately. The next disappointment was that the room was initially not serviced at all, and no explanation was given. When you are paying $165 for a mediocre room (not even including breakfast), one would at the very least expect the bins to be emptied. The bathroom also had a terrible smell that permeated the room, and mosquitoes were a problem too. Management did offer me lunch or attendance of their fado show, but none of these arrangements fitted into my busy programme. I thought a small financial compensation would have made more sense. That did not happen, and nothing further was mentioned or discussed on check-out. The final issue was the online check-out which they require. When I tried to complete it, my bill was for my entire stay, although 3 of the 4 nights had already been paid months in advance. So my conclusion is unfortunately that Menina Colina’s standards have dropped significantly, and that it is overpriced for the lack of attention to detail that is evident in several areas.

新婚旅行で妻とポルトに来ましたが、とても親切で快適に過ごせました。3日ごとに清掃と書いている人がいましたが、毎日清掃の要不要を尋ねてくれ、足りないものも補充してくれたので、新婚旅行を本当に快適に楽しめました。もしまたポルトに来ることがあれば、ここに泊まりたいです。
