Love the feeling of an upscale hotel without pretense. The managers reception as well as the breakfast buffet are very high qual;ity and complimentary. This makes you feel truly like a VIP. Standard of pristine clean and rooms with well appointed furnishings in excellent condtion is much appreciated. LOVE EMBASSY SUITES! Keep your standards!!

**Great Value Stopover at The Highlands!**
Microtel was an excellent, convenient stop on our Fort Wayne to DC trip. Located right off I-70 at The Highlands, it was perfect for easy access. The room was **clean and quiet**, exactly what we needed for a quick rest. The staff was friendly, and the free breakfast got us back on the road fast. Highly recommended for a stress-free, budget-friendly overnight!

The hotel was nice and we have stayed at Fairfield Inns before. However, the television was broken and needed to be replaced. There were lines on the display screen in two directions, a spot in the lower left hand corner where the television had been dropped or something hit the screen, and the remote control had a sticky substance on the back of it and had obviously not been cleaned. When my wife used the hair dryer, the plastic on the exterior of the hair dryer had separated and posed a potential hazard. The worst part of our stay was my wife finding a bug in the bed when she was straightening the bed for our departure.
The accommodations were not up to Marriott standards, but the desk clerk received our concerns well and apologized.

DDalコーヒーポットが効かない以外はこのホテルのすべてが大好きですが、ロビーでコーヒーや他飲食店ができました。また来てここに泊まるでしょう。

素晴らしい
MMandiPerfect getaway with my bestie! The hotel is gorgeous and you can tell the owners really care about the hotel and its appearance. The attention to detail is marvelous. It is reminiscent of a luxurious 1920s hotel. Think old Hollywood charm, but with all modern amenities. Free and ample parking. I stay exclusively in the Blennerhassett hotel when visiting Parkersburg. We called down to the restaurant to have brunch delivered to the room and also had dinner on the patio while a bluegrass band played. The food was hit or miss but the service was excellent and prices reasonable. Scott was our waiter and he was incredibly charming. Very sweet and made us laugh. This hotel rivals Omni hotels I have stayed in that are 3x the price. The gift shop has a self checkout option which was perfect for grabbing a last minute souvenir. The room and linens were so clean and cozy and the robes so luxurious that we decided to forego our morning plans to lounge around in the room. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel and have already booked my next stay when I’ll be attending the Blennerhassett by candlelight event. There are also tons of events hosted by the hotel. I intend to bring my girlfriends and my mama to the womens getaway weekend in April. The hotel is more than accommodations when visiting, it’s worth traveling just to visit the hotel. 10/10

ゲゲストA cute place for a family holiday get together. However, be sure to stay in the updated wings of the building as (for the price) the chalets are awful...so run down looking, masked with some kind of air fresher (that smelled awful), bed was uncomfortable, and you couldn't turn down the heat - we had the heat set at 64 and it felt like it was over 80 degrees, so we ended up having to use the air conditioner (and the weather was below 32 degrees outside 😦). Breakfast buffet food was horrible. The Christmas lights drive was fun (after you got through a half hour or so line to get through the entrance - there should have been separate lines for those who stayed on site and had a paid entrance pass so that there is no waiting in line for those who had to pay at the entrance.

ゲゲストThe room was not cleaned very well. There appeared to be an olive or something on the floor that I was too scared to touch. There were also stains on the comforter from what looked like blood by the foot of the bed. The fitted sheet and flat sheet had at least been changed, but stained linens should always be washed in a decent hotel. The toilet was also old and did not flush well. No signs of bugs or anything that alarming. I was just not pleased with the cleanliness as someone who has stayed in a lot of hotels. The location is perfect for access to the hospital, so it has that going for it. Overall, it’s an average budget hotel with some room to improve.

ゲゲストThis was a one night stop over for us. Situated up off the road so was quiet and no bright lights shining into room. Front of house staff friendly and quick to help when we needed extra bedding and towels (not enough supplies upon arrival even though booked months in advance). Whilst everything appeared clean for the most part, the shower and toilet area had body hair all over it, and carpet in room had bits all over it including a dead bug or two. Water out of tap tasted like mould. Breakfast included warm food like waffles, omelettes and sausage patties. This place isn’t the Ritz, but it did the job, but I’d try another hotel before coming here again.

ゲゲストGreat people and service came out to get breakfast and the maids were coming on shift one asked me if I needed anything I said yes and switched my towels out other than that left my room alone while I stayed which I find to be nice and gave a since a security and a respect for my belongings especially since I did not have to worry about nobody coming into my room and stealing my stuff. As for the breakfast it was nice but simple I would make one suggestion and it is adding a fruit basket so someone can have a banana or something but other than that kudos if I ever come back to this town I'll be coming here price is very reasonable thank you
