ロッド・レーバー・アリーナでライブがあった為宿泊しました。荷物を置きに行ったところ早めにチェックインしてくれてとても助かりました。トラムの駅からも近く帰りが遅くなっても安心、早朝にチェックアウトしましたがセントラル駅からも近くとても満足です。

私は23年11月3日から23年11月5日までボックスヒルモーテルに滞在しました。夫と私は午後 12 時から午後 1 時頃ボックス ヒル モーテルに到着しました。シドニーからメルボルンまで交代で運転していたので、私たちはとても疲れていました。私たちは真夜中過ぎにシドニーから車で出発しました。早めに入れてもらえるか電話すると、なんと許可してもらえました。そうでなければ、部屋の準備がまだできていなければ、チェックイン時間まで車の中で寝ていたでしょう。私たちは部屋番号 1 を手に入れましたが、とても清潔でした。私は自分のタオルを使いたいのでタオルを使いませんでしたが、夫も自分のタオルを使いました。 しかし、ぶら下がっているタオルの1枚に鼻水が付いていたので、私はそれを使用しなかったにもかかわらず、そのタオルを脇に置きました。合計3枚のプレートがあり、そのうちの1枚は汚れていたため、前のゲストがこの1枚のプレートを使用し、洗わずに単にきれいなプレートの間に滑り込ませたに違いないと思いました。私たちは自分用に2枚のプレートを使用しましたが、3枚のプレートは自分で洗いました。 部屋 1 から少しの作業を完了することができたので、Wifi の速度も素晴らしかったです。 私の両親はいつも私に、人の場所に感謝し、敬意を払うように教えてくれました。チェックアウトの際、キャロルとOMGに会いました。彼女はとても親切で、フレンドリーで、現実的で、親切です。彼女は人々の荷物を部屋に運ぶのに忙しかった。偉大な実業家とは、常に奉仕されることを望む人ではなく、まず他人に奉仕する方法を知っている人であると父がいつも教えてくれたことを覚えています。 「サーバント・リーダーシップ」という言葉があります。優れたリーダーは、下にいても他の人を観察し、学び、奉仕することがどのように感じられるかを知っているだけでなく、トップをよりよく評価し、さまざまな役割を経験して、それぞれの役割の義務と責任を理解します。 美しく清潔で整頓された場所に滞在させてくれて、ボックス ヒル モーテルのチームとキャロルにも感謝します。私たちはとてもぐっすり眠ることができました。私たちのいびきが誰にも聞こえないことを祈ります:) メルボルンを旅行する人には、メルボルンのボックス ヒル モーテルを強くお勧めします。

The service is very good and the location is nearby Ballarat Station. It takes about 20 walks to Sovereign Hill. And there are too many restaurants next to there, such as McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Chinese restaurant and Indian restaurant .

Very nice host, and they provide simple breakfast which is good enough.

From the outside, this motel looks especially dingy and neglected, but the rooms aren't bad. It's perfectly clean and has all the features you'd expect of an ordinary motel in any Australian town. Perfectly adequate, and appropriately priced.

I had a great stay at Best Western Crystal Inn. At first, I was told check-in was only after 2pm, but later the staff kindly called me and said I could check in early. That was very helpful! There is free parking on the ground floor, and my room was on the first floor, so it was quiet with no noise from cars. The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute drive to the City Centre. The room was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was especially large and clean. Thank you to the friendly staff for the good service!

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. It was a good recharge. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, upon arrival. The bed was really good and the place was clean, well-maintained, and cozy. We also appreciated the host's clear and detailed instructions, which made the late check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Thank you for the hospitality!

We stayed one night at the Sandpiper Motel in Apollo Bay during peak season. On the positive side, the room was exceptionally clean, and the embroidered details on the bedding, pillow slips, and face towel were a lovely touch that added a sense of care and thoughtfulness to the decor. However, our stay was not without its issues. Room 5; Throughout the night, there was a persistent high-pitched noise whenever water was used in our block of rooms, which disrupted our sleep, not helpful if you are a light sleeper. This was particularly disappointing given the cost of over 500 NZD for one night. Additionally, while the self-check-in process was efficient, the lack of any staff presence left the motel feeling impersonal and made it impossible to seek assistance when needed. For example, there was no way to address the plumbing issue or request additional items like more face towels during our stay. While we appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail in the room design, these other factors made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

ペンギンの巣に帰るところまで車で約1時間、蒸気機関車で約30分の距離にあるので、車での移動に便利です。ホテルと客室は豪華なデザインで、チェックインや写真撮影に最適です。ただし、朝は選択肢が少なく、パン3種類とココアクリスプのみで、温かい食べ物も提供されませんでした。
