フランスペイ・ド・ラ・ロワールで、駐車場のあるホテル

お部屋が広く、仕切りもあり、浴槽もついていて、とても居心地が良かったです。キッチン用品も全て揃っていて、長期滞在には特に良いと感じました。受付の方も親切で、アーリーチェックインも対応していただけました。ナントを訪れたら、またこちらのホテルを利用したいです。

夏に機会があり、プライバシーが良く、高速外輪が便利で、ホテルのルームサービスが人間味があり、サービスがとても心温まる、そしてチェックアウトがあれば、このホテルに来るのは良い選択です。時間は促し続け、それは私たちに十分な忍耐と信頼を与えます。暖房は非常に強力で、元々寒かった冬をもはや寒くしません🥶。シーツとキルトは清潔で乾燥していて、雨の多い冬に不快感を与えることはありませんでした。要するに、私はすべてに満足していて、この素晴らしいホテルをみんなにお勧めします。このホテルを検索して予約させてくれたCtripに感謝します🙏🙏

素敵でフレンドリーなスタッフ、清潔なアパートメント、快適なベッド。シャワー用の石鹸はなく、シンクの石鹸皿は空です。 バスルームのラジエーターが機能しませんでした。鍋やフライパンの底が汚れていたので電子レンジを使いました。ハウスキーピングスタッフには、より多くの時間を与えられるべきです。コーヒーメーカーとケトル、ティーバッグ、コーヒーがあれば大歓迎です。廊下に食べ物や飲み物の自動販売機を設置するのは素晴らしいアイデアです。静かな夜、よく眠れました。

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement. The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person. On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky. In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.

Hotel pratique pour sa proximité avec la gare, le parking est assez petit et les meubles dans les chambres auraient bien besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Le quartier est calme donc on y dort bien ! Le personnel est accueillant et sympa.

今回の出張で予約したホテルはどれも素晴らしかったです！ 部屋は広々として清潔で、ナント駅から徒歩15分ほどだったので、荷物が少なかったので便利でした。立地は市内中心部のようで、近くのショッピングモールに行くとデザイナージュエリーのお店がいくつかありました。PRIEURのジュエリーは高級感がありながらも美しく、本当に素晴らしかったです！ 朝食は本当におすすめです！最初は普通の朝食だろうと思い、外食も考えましたが、朝早くてお店はまだ開いていなかったので、ホテルの朝食をいただきました。本当に最高でした！ 部屋の窓のすぐ外には「トリコロールツリー」が見えました。ぜひお見せしましょう！👀

The room have very warm&chill and comfortable mood and the best part is the lake in front of hotel! It was amazing...

Très belle hôtel m, le personnel est très accueillant. Les chambres sont propres, rien à dire. 10/10

What to say… An amazing location with great service and beautiful bedrooms. First, the castle in itself is just amazing, with its building architecture and its interior design with art collections… gorgeous. Our bedroom was the Île Sacrée Miyajima bleu and gold symphony… with outside balcony and intimate deco… superb… Second, the service, everyone was perfect, smiling, helpful and courteous. One note: no one proposed to take our suitcases from the car, which I would have expected from a 5 stars hotel… Third, the cuisine at the restaurant was actually not my favorite cup of tea. But it is obviously a very updated one, and both service and quality of ingredients were great. The breakfast and its buffet was very high quality. Price wise, obviously not a cheap location, but expected for the 5 stars ranking and the beauty of our stay. After a flight of 13h + a train of 3h , it was a sophisticated and resting break where we will come back.
