Personnel agréable et sympathique, appartement propre et lit confortable. Pas de savon pour la douche et porte savon lavabo vide. Radiateur salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Fond de casserole et poêle sale, du coup j'ai utilisé le micro ondes. Il faudrait laisser plus de temps au personnel de ménage pour qu'il puisse faire le travail. Il y a une cafetière et une bouilloire, un sachet de thé, une dose de café... aurait été le bien venu. L'installation de distributeurs automatiques de boisson et nourriture dans le couloir est une super idée. Nuit au calme j'ai bien dormi.

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement. The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person. On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky. In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.

ホテルの立地は抜群で、スタッフは素晴らしく、部屋もとても素敵です。さらに、24時間営業のクラブはまさにプラスポイント。午後6時半から8時まで、ドリンク付きの軽食が提供されます。ソフトドリンクとアルコール飲料は別料金です。軽食の前後には、無料のクッキー、ジュース、自家製ケーキを楽しめます。デスクトップパソコン、テーブル、ソファなど、快適な空間で、至福のひとときをお過ごしください。 ただし、照明のスイッチが分かりにくく、どのスイッチでどの照明を操作できるか、図解で確認する必要があります。最悪なのはシャワーです。トイレや洗面台に行くたびに、シャワートレイをまたがなければなりません。シャワーを浴びた後は、洗面台やトイレに行くためにシャワーに残っている水に足を踏み入れなければなりません。滑って非常に危険ですし、周囲はガラスのドアで囲まれています。レイアウトも分かりにくいです。

good for business trips or one to two nights stay put, location is good for getting on a TGV

Très belle hôtel m, le personnel est très accueillant. Les chambres sont propres, rien à dire. 10/10

What to say… An amazing location with great service and beautiful bedrooms. First, the castle in itself is just amazing, with its building architecture and its interior design with art collections… gorgeous. Our bedroom was the Île Sacrée Miyajima bleu and gold symphony… with outside balcony and intimate deco… superb… Second, the service, everyone was perfect, smiling, helpful and courteous. One note: no one proposed to take our suitcases from the car, which I would have expected from a 5 stars hotel… Third, the cuisine at the restaurant was actually not my favorite cup of tea. But it is obviously a very updated one, and both service and quality of ingredients were great. The breakfast and its buffet was very high quality. Price wise, obviously not a cheap location, but expected for the 5 stars ranking and the beauty of our stay. After a flight of 13h + a train of 3h , it was a sophisticated and resting break where we will come back.

I had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Le Mans, France. The location is very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket and a boulangerie just within 200 meters, making it easy to grab groceries and fresh bread. One of the best features was the air conditioning—it was already on when we entered the loft, which was very welcoming, especially on warm days. The apartment is nicely arranged, with a dishwasher and provided towels adding to the comfort. I also appreciated the local recommendations, especially for food and gastronomy, which enhanced my experience of the area. However, there were a few minor shortcomings. There was only one fork available, the shower gel supply was insufficient, and a mop was missing, which would have been helpful for cleaning. Additionally, the aroma liquid that was supposed to be in the jar was missing. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with just a few small details that could be improved.

When I booked I read the complete explanation about the property and I then messaged the property for the answers I still needed. There was no mention at time of booking of a gym, it did say they had a restaurant and a shuttle to the airport. To confirm I messaged the property and they said there was a gym, a restaurant and a shuttle. When we got to the hotel, it was a Saturday and the desk clerk stated there was no gym and the restaurant isn't open on the weekends but we can walk to the closest restaurants which were at the airport and no shuttle during the weekend. End of explanation! I received an email after check in asking if I needed anything to which I replied about these missing features, to which they replied I should have read their website where it supposedly explains more about these 3 items. I surely wouldn't have booked had this information been properly stated on the booking website.

Un première classe digne d’un première classe, ni plus ni moins. Aucun service à l’hôtel , tout est au campanile en face. L’accueil effectué par un jeune saisonnière a été parfait, dès lors que la patronne a pris le relais, c’était sans sourire et peu agréable, il semblerait qu’elle n’aime pas Les gens qui réservent par trip.com. D’habitude, enfin, à chaque fois, dormir en première classe fait bénéficier d’une réduction pour dîner au campanile. Ici rien. Malgré la possession d’une carte de Hotel, elle n’a rien voulu faire, car j’ai réservé par Trip.com, aucun sens commerçants et à la limite du désagréable
