イギリスカーディフで、駐車場のあるホテル

利点は、立地が良く、交通が便利で安全であることですが、チェックインの経験が平均的であること、まず第一に、同時期に建設された他の都市のヒルトン施設よりも古いことです。ホテルに到着したとき、友人と私はフロントデスクのバーで飲み物を飲むために階下に行きましたが、2階の部屋に行ったときに電源が入らなかったので、フロントデスクにバッテリーについて尋ねました。問題は、夜の10時から11時くらいまでにバッテリーを交換するのに1時間かかりました。バスルームのお湯と水は2つの別々の蛇口で、もうお湯ではなく、朝食です。は普通のビュッフェですが、本当に不味くて全く味がありません。

カーディフセントラル駅から徒歩約5分の好立地。部屋は狭いが、寝泊まりするには耐えられる広さ。クリーニングは2日に一回。アメニティは歯磨きセットがない。 最終日に部屋に干してた自分のタオルを間違ってクリーニングレディースが持って行ってしまった。一時はどうなることかと思ったが、大量のクリーニングの中から親身に探してくれた。総じて接客は好印象。

古くからあるマリオットホテルですが、値段は高くありません。1階のレストランでの夕食も良かったのですが、サービスが少し悪かったです。ワインリストは最初から用意されておらず、料理が出てくるのも遅かったです。一番ひどかったのは部屋の火災報知器です。入居して間もなく、フロントから確認の電話がかかってきました。大丈夫だと伝えると、また担当者がドアをノックしに来ました。安全上の理由だとは理解していますが、翌朝また電話がかかってきて、ドアをノックし、火災報知器に触れたかと聞かれました。警報器は天井に届くほど高い位置に設置されていました。満室だったので、触れるはずもありませんでした。それから、シャワーを浴びた人はいますかと聞かれました。シャワーを浴びただけで火災報知器が作動するなんてあり得ないですよね？朝早くに子供たちを起こしたのに、謝罪もせず出て行ってしまったのです。ホテルに苦情を申し立てましたが、18ポンドの子供の駐車料金を免除されただけでした…。

Booked room with walk in shower and large bed. First room had interconnecting door shower over bath and double bed. Second offer of a room was a disabled room still with just double bed. Then found out that all rooms only have double bed with shower over bath. Staff were very helpful but didn’t tell us upfront so we wasted a lot of time. In fact we didn’t have enough time to eat before we had to leave for our event. So finally we had to have a snack at 11:30 when we returned. Even then we had to go out to get it as room service is only available via an app

Great hotel not far from the red dragon centre. About a 8 min walk to the Millenium Centre. Rooms were clean and there is a bar and resturant. Rooms were tidy and clean with a decent amount of space.

We arrived at Cardiff Central by train, which is 15mins walking to this Premier Inn. It was very welcoming and staff friendly, rooms clean, with as much tea and coffee, which you took from the travellers store at the main entrance. My only gripe is as I have dietary requirements, They couldn't cater for them and had to make do with what was on offer. No gluten free food at night, Only what I would call general burgers, lasagne, steak battered fish and chips. Only veg on offer was peas. In this day and age Hotels need to cater for a variety of people's health conditions. Vegan/vegetarians are not Gluten free or Ibs sufferers or Celiacs. Which are complicated problems. It would be helpful if they offered something which could be adapted. .

Everything was 10/10!!!! I really enjoyed during my stay. Just look at my view omg. Thank you so much!!!!

Breakfast wasn’t very good and could have used more variety. The washroom had a slow water flow issue, but overall the room was decent for the price. If you’re traveling in summer, make sure to ask for a fan, the room can get hot very quickly, and opening a window isn’t an option.

Good location not far from centre of Cardiff. Service was poor, receptionists seemed like they didn’t want to be working there and breakfast staff like their family had just died. That said the breakfast was good quality and the room was good. Needed some cobwebs removed and mould cleaned from bathroom

Best hotel I've been to so far all the staff day/night was well mannered happy helpful joyful staff from reception to dinning down to the cleaners all have above and beyond with my stay from the moment I arrived made me feel equal as im disabled the lift access was easy to use helpful with my luggage straight away no waiting around reception was brilliant excellent communication got my room card really quickly no waiting around 3 lifts so plenty of access to floors my room was beautiful spacious easy access with quick card entrance with electric door just swap and the door opens for you with one press button to exit bathroom has all disabled access toilet bars shower seat with arm rests your able to move from side to side which helps getting to dry floor food was amazing from breakfast buffet massive selection you got to try the mixed fruit juices red and green flavour explosion have your great British fry up with a croissant and cappuccino for afters even had reserved table with easy access with out asking help with service if you want your breakfast brought too your room i highly recommend you stay in the Leonardo hotel for best stay on what ever your needs great tourist's while on your stay you have to visit the castle
